Quite a striking looking yacht, really nice finishes and I love the below deck areas. Some pricey options but if you can afford a new yacht you can afford the options. Great tour Hugo thank you.
Fairline once again has produced an excellent Targa 40.
She roomy with alot of seating options in her outer cockpit. Plus the extra room provided by the side fold downs.
The bow are is roomy and versatile with the sunbeds.
The inner cockpit great helm with all you needs and the sunroof is huge plenty of light, sun and fresh air.
Downstairs accommodate/galley is lovely, functional with comfortable in mind. Like the colours of all the seats.
She a good either as a day boat or weekender for family or with friends. Price if you want all the extras - pricey but if you want extra and you like the boat you'll pay.

Lovely boat. That's something we brits do well. I'm a little underwhelmed by the finish of the upholstery, especially at that price point. The American cruisers like Searay & Regal are much tidier ... I'd be pulling them up on that at handover tbh. 🇬🇧

I'm glad it's a symmetrical boat - asymmetrical would be interesting maybe a scow plumb bowed yacht - thats symmetrical.
Quite a few boats aren’t symmetrical these days. Either they offset the wheelhouse to one side to leave a wider side deck or they have side decks at different heights so they can push the saloon out further on one side.
The glass close too the water line is dangerous when docking

Bellow deck is very good.
But above deck the fit out looks like a Sealine which has fallen behind the top manufacturers.

I think two bathrooms is more of a status symbol than a practical use. I would rather have one large bathroom that you can actually take a shower in and go to the bathroom so that you’re not squeezed into the toilet area. How often do you use the bathroom on the boat?

That table design is so bad; it results in the leg room for seating on the one side being severely limited
Ridiculous price for a 40 foot boat. Too many expensive necessities masquerading as options, and I question how practical some features really are. Still, looks good in glossy magazines even if on the water things are less practical. Will suit poseurs well.

Beautiful boat but again I hate that nose. Just personal opinion but wouldn't buy the boat just for that alone.
The host isn’t a boat owner and doesn’t know that much about Boats, you can tell by his lack of appropriate vocabulary.
I have owned a boat for the last 35 years and edited the UK’s leading motor boat magazine for the last 20 years
