I see most of the comments here are negative may be driven by some agenda. Having a temple and gaushala in a society is bad, really? People living in this society will be blessed to have a gaushala and a temple in their vicinity. And one more thing said, villagers will have access to the temple, so whats harm in that? Villagers bhi insaan hi hote hai wo agar temple mein puja karne aayenge toh ye negative point kaise ho gya. Saline water ki baat boli hai ek comment mein kisi ne, bhai kaunse badi city mein ye problem nhi hai, I have lived in Mumbai, Pune, Chennai har jagah saline water was a issue but wo builder fix kar dete hai treatment plant install karke. Agar negative hi dhundoge toh nevative hi milega. After opening of Dwarka Expressway yestersar by the government and the opposite land (sector 88) mein commercial aayenge, Godrej ne project launch kar ho diya hai, this is going to be a very good investment as per me. Thanks!

What is the green area in the opal block @3:30mins in this video. The site plan says it's a community but what exactly is this?
That Green is others land😊. Community is just the small brown area to the right of Green. Builder has juiced every single inch of land to make building. If you see there are some corner triangle like building, builder constructed 1 or 1.5 bhk rather leaving it open space. Even the walkways adjacent to 9 mtr road are negligible, there is no space for trees or even plants. There is no main two side road with a divider in 52 acres.
The community size is small it's some part other land

Signature wale to DDJAY floors pe cars bhi back to back lgegi... every neighbor will ask another to move their car first 😂😂 aur vo isse 50% jyada costly hai.....
Every project will have some drawback.....kaha saans lena hai depends on your budget only... Even affordable 2bhk with no car parking are selling at 70-80 lakhs at good locations in Gurgaon....

I am a local resident and let me tell you points that needs to be noted for this society.
1. there is a big gau shala, one smelly gatar and one old mandir inside the society and you have to live with it because not even a single thing will move.
2. As there is a mandir inside the society which belongs to local villagers there will never be access restrictions and one route will always will common for all , residents and village people.
3. This is extremely congested society and has saline water issue as well.
Think a million times before investing here
@@Amit-li2gi there is a flaw in the way your are calculating the price and saying its affordable and cheap, don’t compare box price. Its price is close to 9700-11000 square foot , and if you compare the price of godrej nature plus its still 8740 square foot. So from no point its cheap.
Coming to your gaushala point, is it not true there is a gaushala there which almost 30% of the area? So point is when you are making such drone shot videos then do show these details also at least the end buyer has the total information , and comparing cow with cats and dogs there seems to be no point as both have different habitats.
3. Big open gutter/pound is the biggest issue, a waterlogged land always have impact on roots of nearby structures, iron will rust fast and it does have high saline level, same was the case with NBCC Green view in sector 87D , if you read the audit report there it’s mentioned the open waterbody point ( because there also waterlogged land is there)

@SoniyaYadav1995. Ma'am, you're right, but you can see Camellias or Magnolias because all these problems will not be there. but this is a good project within this budget, DDJAY other builders are Like Signature or Dlf.If we start seeing negative in these project, we will find them.
