Signature dont give possession on time. They told you that with in 1 month we will create 1 floor but all are false promise. My unit was delay for more than 2 years in Park project and they even dont care. Bad customer experience, totally unprofessional. Even also they charged heavy interests charges , if bank deny to disburse and no compensation to customer for delay in procession. Go with other builder, dont go with Signature Global.
In all the 3BHK….drive way is SEPERATE….u can park your car easily…..see the brochure. And now they have clubbed the stairs…so now the drive way is even wider.
You can’t make a toilet in basement as i don’t think sewerage line is below basement level here. Unless you install special toilets with pumps. Its much better to add a common washroom at stilt level….Won’t cost much.
Also depends on office space for whom…renting? If its just for you, you can use go to your own floor. Its not much different to what you do in your office.

Prominent builder can improve this drawback in second phase. It id very important to do smalk changes in kitchen n basement space. Hope you pieple will consider it.
I don't think so. I own a house in this project. 4th floor residents get terrace rights. There's no basement concept in this project for private space for residents of 1-3rd floor. In SG-37D-1 project, there was. I don't think the brochure provided a private service area on stilt (ground). It is just for car. Even if there would be, it'd be for general area (not private area).

is slit parking open only from one side? if there are back to back cars parked, then there will be dependency on the person who parked at outer place.
Yes, Stilt car 🚗 parking is open from one side only.....

Parking will be a big issue. No dedicated car parking will be marked for anyone. It's on first come first serve basis for one plot.

Basement office not given in 37D2 project . Big gap for owners of 37D2
37D1 has moisture in basement. Its a cocern in long term

37D2 video won’t come . They are delayed in construction & they have raised the demand (₹₹₹) for something which have not been constructed .
