Ingredients:
Kadai Masala:
Whole Coriander seeds- 2 tbspn
Cumin seeds- 2 tsp
Fennel seeds-2 tsp
Black pepper-1/2 tbspn
Green cardamom -3-4
Cloves-3-4
Kashmiri chilly -4-5
Puree:
Oil-1-2 tbspn
Onion-1 +2 ( bulbs)
Bell pepper -1-2
Tomato-3
Ginger garlic paste- 1 1/2 tbspn
Cashews- handful
Salt to taste
Marination:
Chicken -1 kg
Salt to taste
Red chilly powder-2 tsp
Turmeric powder-1/8th tsp
Salt to taste
Kadai Gravy:
Oil-3-4 tbspn
Kasuri methi-1 tsp
Cooking cream -3-4tbspn
Chopped cilantro
Green chilly -1-2

Mam apne jo gravy dali bn ake uski jagah makhni gravy use kr sakte hai
I love her style of cooking and she is an expert home style cook. I cook for my children and grandchildren on weekends and I use her recipes, only thing I don't understand the language but I don't mind because she talks like a train also her cooking speed is also the same. My younger son in law is resident manager in a 5 star hotel in Sri Lanka and he is enjoying my cooking so he invited me to do a friendly demonstration on Indian cooking in his hotel.
