An unstable neon bulb

One of those 22 neon bulbs has been darkened and it behaves differently when turned on. This video shows how the distance of my fingers and the camera from the bulb affect its behavior.
Warning: High voltage is required to power on a neon bulb. If you are going to play around with these bulbs, safety precautions must be taken or you might have a risk of electric shock.
