Man I’m just happy to see my man grubtor on this channel. I initially got into “professional” WC3 watching happys games but I eventually found grubby and watch his stuff everyday. He may not be the currently highest ranked player but he’s good, and he creates a lot of content, not just about WC3 and it’s all very informative and encouraging for new players. He has a really positive presence in the community and that’s a lot more than you can say about most of the competitors. Obviously competitive game play is all about winning, or is it really about the friends you make on the way? Lol either way gg grubby and happy we love to see you guys play together.

Back in the day, Grubby was my favorite player for a good 5 years. After SC2 came out, everything obviously changed for a while, but this little resurgence of WC3 warms my heart.
For me the golden era was back in like 2007 to 2011 with Moon vs grubby as the two giants of wc3. My main has always been NE and my brother Orc so we watched the games together and I wanted Moon to win and he wanted Orc. Good times, miss it :)

From personal experience: archers mass -only wins with insane level of micro-control, I mean it's a unit with least amount of health among the elven army.
Just 1 Tauren Chieftain can take out 4-5 archers in a blink of an eye. And spirit wolves can chew on them pretty quickly too.

Why aren't pros playing grunts ? I see the EXACT same army comp for all races it becomes boring. Orcs always going mass berserkers, why don't we see more diversity ? I didn't play the game in a loong time so i don't really know what's happening

u can coil orc,human.elf and u can light undead.
but stormbolt + light is more effective as coil nova on heroes. ud vs human.

Aura for archer i guess?
That's an upgrade for archers, and quit good dps for 5 supply even with level 1 potm. Especially when porm grabs best dps orb in the game, if she attacks different units all the time, that's pretty big dmg

+10% dmg to every ranged for 5 supply and with venom orb good extra DPS.So usually+2-3 extra dmg for every archer per aura level.

Wc3 newbie here. Why do humans always get archmage first? Are the other heroes really unviable?
There are a few maps where human do / can play MK first, but AM is always the safe play. It's the best for creeping due to summons and in mid/late game the aura is sick af (i am not HU player or an expert though)
The water elementals speed up the creeping a lot and works well with footies, also you will have the brilliance aura ready when MK pops at tier 2 and your casters come out which starts giving mana right away.

I didn't even know that Splash damage applies to peons inside the borrow :) What's the ratio? Jesis, WC3 is still giving puzzles after almost 20 years of existence :)
It doesn't, Breath of Fire lingers. Burrow dies, peons hop out and take full damage from the lingering BoF. It lingers because there is a travel time.

During the whole serie Happy seems to be two steps ahead of his opponent but the last two games, the superiority is INSANE, even with elf's, which is quite unexpected.
Even Grubby is a fantastic player, he looks like a toy against Happy
