Carn Ghluasaid , Sgurr nan Conbhairean & Sail Chaorainn ( 3 eastern Glen Shiel Munros)

It was the last weekend of July and i had set of early for Glen Shiel , the three and half hour journey wasn't the most pleasing as started in the dark and for the whole way it was raining but not long after i got there it cleared up with this i managed the full walk in decent walking conditions so was really pleased i made the journey.

It was well worth the early rise to get the 3 Munro’s done in dry conditions,great views and music 🤗hope your had a good drive back. Thanks for sharing always a good watch 😊

HI Janice had been looking at the weather all week and was a case of just going seen there was to be a spell in between so had to go and glad i did as was good walking conditions. yet again the views didn't disappoint its a wonderful place to walk looking forward to getting backing up there. Another great walk Ally good to see the rain held off and you got some grand views, nice to see the heather starting to flower too adding colour to the hills. I was up that way myself last week doing Ciste Dhubh and Am Bathach and was lucky with a fine day. Thanks for sharing, Take care. Mick.

HI mick i got lucky again with the weather great walk again a bit boggy to start , I'm looking forward to doing Ciste Dhubh going to connect it with Mullach Fraoch Choire as mist it that last time up there due to the snow. the heathers are out giving some colours to the mountains nice to see again. Nice one Ally, enjoyed that. When I did them it was still winter conditions and I thoroughly enjoyed them. Great set of hills. Glad you escaped the rain.👍
I’m like yerself, canny be bothered going up the mountains when you know your not gonna see anything and getting soaked into the bargain.

Thanks again Frank was glad i made the journey as turned out to be a decent day for walking , the rain on the way up was terrible but after getting there it was fine , looking forward to getting back up really good walks in glen shiel. i used to not bother what the weather was like but now i would rather it was a decent day and be able to enjoy the walk. Cracking did these last December but didn’t do furtherest Munro as the weather turned bad so nice to see views cheers

Ally, we were parked right next to you that night!!!! I saw your van and was going to chap your door. we had been up at coulees and stopped there on the way home. Cracking video and the clarity was amazing! are you using a GoPro? We did these in spring with lots of snow. Coming off the final ridge from your first munro (our last munro) was hairy!

HI Paul I thought that was your van i spotted it but wasn't to sure, that's a bummer didn't get to see you , using the go pro 11 the now been really good really like using it took a while to get the settings right but going good now . looking forward to getting back up there brilliant area for walking cant get enough of the Kintail area👍.
