Predator Proofing our 35ft Chicken Run - Part 5

  • Now that the chicken run structure is built, it is time to predator proof the underside. We did this by stapling the hardware cloth on the inside of the run and then burying a 2'-3' section on the outside. Hoping this method will keep them coons out so that we don't lose any more chickens!

    It looks like it will work. Nice work. Hey, I saw a gadget on another channel to scare deer. It was a dog barking device that hung in the garden.

      Oh man.... The amount of roots throughout our entire yard with as old as these trees are, yeah.... They are definitely a pain 🤣

      Hahaha! I try to stay positive but let's be real... maintaining and building new things for your property is hard work 🤣 with that said, I love being outside doing all these projects... In the end, it is extremely rewarding to sit back and appreciate the beauty of the accomplishment 💚
