- Welcome to 360 View Workout. Mount Blue Sky is a must see trip as one of the only 14 thousand foot mountains that you can drive up. This is only the first part of that drive. What is your workout mindset? What is your workout mindset. It is simply how you think about your workouts. Do you wake up in the morning and think, “I am too tired or too sore to work out?” When you have this thought be sure to change it. Instead think, “I am tired and sore, I will feel so much better after my workout!” By changing your workout mindset you can have a positive view about working out which will help to push you into your workouts and will even push you further while working out. Remember to update your workout mindset!

Interval Training
-Consists of 30sec high intense workout followed by 1min average pace
-Interval training will pull you out of plateaus and push you further than you thought possible
