Currently stuck in COVID hotel quarantine at Heathrow airport....thank you so much for your videos which invariably ooze peace and calm....love the carefully chosen soundtracks too. Fantastic work mate, keep them coming!
Great work, particularly like the camera angle where you see forward and mirror views, nice touch. I like to watch your videos when I can’t get out on my bike as they really capture the feel of just being out for a ride…
Matt, superb work! Congrats What an astonishing route and views... uau! Some local Tourism authorities should take notice of your videos and have them promoted as "Road-books through our beloved country-land" Genius camera angle there at 3'44'' and later on through Lancaster... solid quality Portfolio and still, your keep improving with each new video. Well done! I say it again: you're a man with excellent good-taste, and I hope some day I'll have the opportunity to take a Road Trip from Porto-Portugal to these "backyards" of yours... See you soon mate, get well, stay safe, take care and have fun! Cheers from PORTUGAL
Thanks Luis, you always have nice words. I'm glad I was able to make a video out of it as I got a flat tyre during the ride so I couldn't film everything I wanted, still came out ok I think though :) Hope you're keeping well my friend.
hello mat, music, motorcycle video ..., all a beauty, I feel like I am driving it to the triumph, thank you for allowing us to travel with you, this quarantine is killing me. good weekend, have a great time
Hello Classic Rides, always great videos I love and this Bonneville just beautiful, need you I intend to equip my Bonneville T120 a little like the one seen on your videos, can you tell me or find your accessories for the upholstery the additional fire exhaust and suate wind in advance thank you and good continuation. Phil ❤👍✌
That's a ride i often take. I've not got out this year, Just not had time to put my new tires and do a service until recent. Am already to go and it now rains like mad this weekend. Those roads you are travelling are so empty and yet have such beautiful scenery. It amazes me how little people traverse those roads for the scenery, But im ok with that. Its all mine when im out there. Safe riding.
Another great video.Love the whole Forest of Bowland area.Great riding country. Can I ask where you bought that beautiful headlamp on the engine protection bars.I have a mind to fit one to my Guzzi V7.Thanks.
Hi Stuart, sorry I didn’t see your comment as it’d been held for review (who knows why!?). The light and engine bars where just off eBay. I think the spotlight is from a Harley, but there’s no markings on it so can’t be sure. And the bars are just a cheaper alternative to Triumph’s fairly expensive dresser bars, don’t think they do much in a drop but they do provide a good place to hang lights/cameras from.
Hello classic rides, I love your ride videos keep them coming!!!…I’m actually going to purchasing a t120 next summer and wondering what accessories you have on your bike???…one of your fan’s Darroll
Hi Darroll, I bet you can’t wait to get your bike, next summer seems an age away. I’ve changed quite a lot on my bike, too much to list out here really. A lot of the custom parts are from Motone Customs so it’s worth checking out their website if you want to upgrade your bike a bit. Some of the other parts I’ve changed are Hagon rear shocks, Tec adjustable front springs, added cruise control, Cotswold Hipster panniers, K&N air filter, Booster plug, Vance & Hines pipes. There’s loads you can do to these bikes, but a few new shiny parts from Motone is a great place to start!
It’s a tough one, the T120 has the looks but the Speed Twin has a little more grunt and alloy wheels. I had 3 punctures last summer so feel qualified to say getting a flat on a spoked wheel will ruin your entire weekend 😁 Looks or practicality is your choice I think.
Hi Mohd, in this video the bags are the Berkeley Panniers from Cotswold Hipster. They’re very simple to attach as there’s just two leather straps that go around the seat frame which have lobster clasps, these just simply clip onto rings on the back of the bag.
@@ClassicRides Yep, the weather is not helping at all. Snowdonia #3 is almost ready, we are just checking the new way of preparing the voiceover. Let's hope it will work well as it is sort of balance between the amount of work needed and the final effect.
They’re both from Motone Customs, though they’ve not had the rear fender in for quite a while, so might best to email them and ask if they’ll be getting any more in. I think the more emails they get about it then they might get more in quicker.
Thanks Francesco! The bags in this video are from Cotswold Hipster: cotswoldhipster.com/collections/motorcycle-accessories/products/motorcycle-pannier-messenger-bag-the-berkeley

Greetings from Ohio, US! Thanks for the great views of your beautiful countryside. Hoping to ride there someday. Do you ever post links to the riding gear you use?
Thanks Terry, I haven’t posted direct links as much of my riding gear has been bought through UK only retailers, but there is a gear run down in the description which tells you the name of each item in the description, then hopefully you can find a retailer local to you.
Thanks Andy, the panniers are by Cotswold Hipster, can’t think of the exact model name but they only do two motorcycle options, mine are the larger ones.
I've not been out in more than a shower with them yet, but they're very heavy waxed canvas so I imagine they'll be good for a little while in a downpour. I think if you were to combine them with a dry bag insert then they'd be as good as anything offered by any of the mainstream motorbike pannier offerings, if not better.
@@laurentlemenu3335 Thank you, the seat was made by Hurley Custom Seats, I'd highly recommend them if you're looking at getting a new seat for your bike.
I know those roads so well, however was a little surprised when I saw the large volume of water close to the road, should have read your description first! A super video and the drone footage gave me a whole new angle on the area. Will watch out for more. Paul
Just stunning - both the location and the production!
I love videos that get across the feeling of riding - no nonsense, just pure motorcycling.
Thanks mate 🙏
Absolutely beautiful production yet again. This channel sets the standards for quality filming, content and production.😎👍👍👍
This is one of my favorite videos that you have produced. If I could visit England, I certainly would ride this route.
You would be disappointed Willie, it’s a great place to ride motorcycles 👌

That’s a nice collection of bikes you have! I wonder if the locals were as hostile towards bikers back in the 60’s as they are now? 😁
Fabulous vid. When I saw the ferry I knew it was Windermere. 😁. Going to share with my mates.. keep em coming.
I’ll try! Glad you liked it 👍
