• BEEF TAIL CURRY / Easy...
What you need to make Thakkadi Balls:
Steamed Rice flour - 400g
White flour - 2Tbs
Green Chillies - 2
Curry leaves - few
Small Onion - 6-7pcs (or regular onion 1-small)
grated coconut - 1 cup
salt to taste
What you need to cook Beef Curry:
Meat - 500g
cardamom - 1
Cinamon stick - 1 small pc
Onion - 2
Green chillies - 2
Curry leaves - few
Rampa - 1 small pc
Tomato - 2
Ginger garlic paste - 1tbs
Tamarind - 3-4pcs
Fenugreek seeds - 1/2 tsp
black pepper powder - 1tsp
Turmaic - 1/2 tsp
chilly powder - 4-5tsp
curry powder / Masala - 4-5tsp
salt to taste
* 1 jug of coconut milk (750ml)
