    I have noticed you've been making sure to give credit where it is due so to speak. A lot of folks don't do that very often. I'm sure the people behind the scenes really appreciate the personal pride you give in almost everything you do and get!!! Great job!!! Thanks

    As I mentioned in my comment on the other Jawbone video you uploaded I'm very impressed with the engineering on this. No exposed rams in the contact area, No exposed hoses where contact with the ground takes place. Well thought out, well engineered and with the helical actuator internal to the torsion tube nothing exposed to dirt and grit. Bravo AMI well done! Personally I would've thrown some hose protection sleeving on those auxiliary hoses.

      They got to put their name on a product they made and will be used. I did not literally sign my name to all of the units I was on the line when they were made but from the serial numbers all of the people who worked on a specific unit can be traced from a specific unit at Trane, Inc. Many people don't understand this that your name is associated with a product whether they physically sign it or not.

    I actually have a sadly former life long friend who has this attachment on a surprisingly large cat dozer he personally owns and operates up in New Hampshire. You should have seen him change the bad gearing on one of the sprockets! That was one for the ages there!
    Good times back then anyways.

    I really like that bucket, very impressive, personally with as much money as there is in the jawbone bucket and the rotobec grapple I would prefer to buy an encon tilt rotator with a tooth bucket, grading bucket and a log grapple. All of that it’s pretty awesome just depends on what your doing with it and how much you wan to spend.

    • @TripleMEquipmentServices

      I'd have to agree with you. I can see where the jawbone bucket and his rotobec grapple would be awesome paired with a tilt rotator. I have a variety of attachments for my engcon setup but there's always more.

  • @donmathias1705
    @donmathias1705 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    First glance it s good idea. Main criticism I see is that if you were cleaning out a trench and you wanted a smooth base, the arms of the jaw are wider than the straight cutting edge. They could have almost flipped the jaw sections inwards a bit and had them meeting like a pelican bucket. If the arms were almost inverted it could also increase the dirt capacity without making the bucket wider. Much better than anything I could build. I expect they will tweak it as they require. And of course there is no need to haul extra attachments around, weight and theft being consideration on that front. Nice video.

  • @oldmanmosh6056
    @oldmanmosh6056 4 ปีที่แล้ว

    I love the idea of this style bucket plus it looks awesome... however there`s two concerns I have. First the hoses are in the danger area worse than the thumb routing... I`m constantly in thick wooded areas so snags and getting crushed can happen more often... second the two hoses feeding the bucket are bent quite sharply... I think they should simply switch to a 90 degree fitting to ease the transition.This is just my take on it Tim... AMI definitely has there stuff together.Great vid!!
