Its cool seeing someone that ran the territory run it on here. I use to run out of Denver for BNSF and I wish Run8 would do the subs out there. Very interesting and cool mix of territory.
Dever would be an awesome area to run. West across the Rockies or up and down the Front Range. I'd love that. Either way it really takes me back to my railroad days. You get to have fun, stop when you want, eat when you want. Really experiment with how you run, incorporate some of the old art of running and never have to worry about getting a stupid letter.

Good video, loved how you managed the stuck brake. I'd never seen that in-game (usually I'm dragging equipment lol along somewhere in SoCal). 🙂👍👍
Hahah right. Last few years I've played Run 8 it seemed like it was getting hit by the D/Ds all the time. The stuck brakes brought back a lot of memories of that one trip we had them. I very much remember it.
Nice video I like the stuck brakes. Again I really appreciate your knowledge of the route it adds alot to the enjoyment of Run8. Check out the Cordele feed on Virtual Railfan alot of trains all day. I;m waiting to see how its modeled on the route. One thing is I think the signals in Run8 should be more visible especially at night and at a distance. The EOTs aren't as visible as they should be either. Thanks again take care.
Thanks for watching bro! The stuck brakes were really cool and I love having those wrenches thrown into the plan. We'll be hitting up Cordele in the next vid so you will get to see. I agree I think signals could be a tad brighter as well. I did always take a pair of binoculars with me on trips to look at various things thought I think that was actually a no no to use them in train service. So they were always for wildlife lol.

I have looked into this simulator for a long time and always wanted to pick it up, give it a try, and test my skills. I have a serious question about it though. How good of a computer do I need to run it. Would 8GB Ram on a higher guilty laptop do, or would I need something a bit more Serious?
It might be on the low end but I cant say for certain. I'm running it on a desktop with a Ryzen 3700 and a 2070 Super and 32gb of RAM.

What was you using to controll the train cause I heard that keyboard controls are a pain to learn
I just use a keyboard. It's not that bad once you memorize the keys.

@@danielbrinkley6035 That honestly sounds like a messed up install to me. I've seen other people run into that when things weren't installed correctly. Your best bet would be to go to Hyrail Simulations website and look at their technical support.

50$ plus 40$ for routes 20$ for locomotives and 10$ for cars
No as Jon mentioned you have to buy the base game including all the DLC if you want that as well.
