Bob the Canadian doesn't like activities when it's too hot? (😂) I can imagine that, because as a (always) warm person it's certainly very unpleasant, especially when it's boiling hot. Even someone like me is happy about every little opportunity to cool down 😘. It's just a shame that you don't like going camping because I think that would be great with you. Hey Bob, both of us really have something in common that is I hate mosquitos which are very dangerous to our health, here in Brazil many people are infected with severe sickness by them such as DENGUE fever and ZICA, anyway I like pedaling a bike around the city alongside my wife, on the other hand about riding a motorcycle I wouldn't do that because of the risk of a serious accident as it's happened around the world, then as you see I am quite a bit selective to go outside to have some fun, so here is my humble comment about this impressive English lesson which helped me improve my vocabulary about this interesting topic, thank you so much for all you do.

I like jogging, I usually go jogging twice a week in the winter, but in the spring I usually go jogging every day because I love being outside when it's spring time, and also this helps me keeping on shape. You should try! 😉 Anyway, thanks for another useful video! 😊

Yes, you can say either, they are both correct. Your version is probably the most correct, ie if you were writing, I am probably using a more informal usage because I am speaking. Cool that you noticed. :)
