Family rush to Pearlridge after woman shot, killed

Theresa Cachuela's family gathered at a parking lot near Pearlridge Center after she was pronounced dead Friday morning. Her estranged husband, Jason, was later found dead in Waipahu.

So he had a domestic violence record with the local police department and they didn't confiscate all of his firearms? The local PD failed that woman and her family. Lawful gun owners KNOW that by law once you have a criminal record your firearms will be confiscated. I hope they sue the police department for negligence.
