Thanks for your comment. Interesting that the the map is shown rotated counter clockwise 20 degrees. Haven't come across this yet with my Deebot. Curious to know if it still operates normally with the map rotated 20 degrees?
Thanks for your comment. Ecovacs Home app for Deebot T9+ model featured in the video can create and store upto three maps. You will need to contact the ECOVACS customer service at your location to check if different wifi can be used for different levels. Goodluck!
Thanks, Glad it was helpful. Yes, to clean multi floors you will need to move/relocate both the charging station and the DEEBOT to that particular floor as covered in the 'Prerequisites' section in the starting of the video. The DEEBOT must always start from and return to its charging station.
@SHALTECH instead of to keep bringing both deebot and charging dock whenever cleaning multiple floors, do you know if we can just buy another charging dock to place at the other floor so that later we can bring only the deebot?

Good question, you will need to check with the ECOVACS customer service at your location if the same DEEBOT can recognize multiple charging docks and if so then will the process remain the same to create multiple maps. Also prior to investing in more charging dock/s for other floors you might want to weigh in other factors such as there would still be effort required to carry the DEEBOT to other floors versus buying a completely new DEEBOT for the other floor considering that for electronic goods there can be some good discounts during sale periods and prices of the products tend to go down over a period of time as newer product models/versions come into the market. I don't know if it depends on Deebot model or app version, but I have Deebot N10+ and I only had to relocate the station once, when mapping. Once the map was created I left docking station downstairs and just carry Deebot upstairs. Once it finishes upstairs it will try to return to a charging dock, it will pop up a notification 'failed to reacharge' and go into standby mode. Then I carry it back downstairs, tell it to go recharge, it locates itself and returns to station. No issues 👍
