As mentioned in the video, I invested in all this back in 2016. Since then the photography industry has created many newer and likely better products. So I'm not necessarily recommending these specific products for today, but rather the concept of how it's setup. Use whatever gear you think will achieve a similar result if you'd like to give this setup a try.
