Sometimes I look back at my life and even though I am blessed with my faith, finances and I have a wonderful dog🐶 I’m in good health as of today. I miss my husband who passed away in 2014. My grandchildren and my children are all grown, but I am blessed that I have them. I count my blessings every day, my friend.🙏
I like your party planning with the food and papergoods. It sounds so festive and delicious. Yeppie,,, it's almost February....one month closer to spring. I agree,, we are blessed people and we all need to count our blessings. God bless the USA. Thanks Ellen for the encouragement. Good night.
Oddly enough, I found that changing my diet has had the biggest effect on my mental health. I needed to lose a few pounds and started eating better after my son went to college. It evolved further to eating low carb/keto just eating fresh as possible. I had all kinds of positive changes not to mention a huge change in my mental health. It made my mental health much more stable and I became much more resilient. Not sure how to explain it.
It happened to me on keto, too. Plus, my gut problems went away, migraines are almost gone entirely, had to cut back on my blood pressure medication, joint pain and fatigue went away, among other medical problems I had. I am no longer pre-diabetic. Another side effect, I lost 30 pounds with no exercise. I read that there is vegetarian keto, too, for those that don't eat meat. I eat meat, but a lot of my meals are low carb vegetarian. I followed Dr. Eric Westman's program at first, but have added nut flour, nuts, and a few other items not on his list. I didn't count the macros and stuff like that, I just counted carbs and that's it, kept it simple. I don't know how it works, but it does. P.S. I'm 72. It's never too late to start.
Great video! I loved the cozy morning coffee chat and your thoughtful approach to keeping things simple for the birthday gathering. The ravioli casserole looks absolutely delicious-such a great idea for an easy yet hearty meal. Your positive mindset on overcoming sadness was truly uplifting. Thanks for sharing!
I’m guessing everything’s going to taste delicious. I know you are excited about having family over and about your son‘s birthday. That’s awesome. Sometimes Ellen I get so incredibly sad that I just do not know what to do with myself. My puppy Sophia turned 18 years old on 19 December. She is totally blind and cannot hear and she has arthritis. Her legs are getting weak. A couple of days ago she had a seizure and I did not know what was going on. I had never seen anything like that before. I thought she was going to die. Within an hour afterwards, she was walking around and eating and drinking like nothing ever happened. For me losing my pets is the worst thing that I have ever been through. I lost my baby Harley August 27, 2020. I am still not over it today. And now Soon it will be my baby Sophia. I do focus on the positive, especially the fact that I know that they will be in heaven waiting for me to get there. Praise the Lord! God bless you Ellen. Thank you for listening to my rant.❤️🙏. Oh and about the Dunkin coffee, I don’t like coffee. I used to until I started drinking espresso. Lattes are my favorite. I have a Delonghi Eletta explore espresso machine❤️❤️❤️❤️ my favorite espresso beans are LavAzza🥰🥰🥰🥰 I like mine very very strong😁😁
Today I worked on taxes again this morning, just plugging along to get them done. Hit with another home repair. Went to the basement to do a load of laundry and there was water on the floor. The pressure relief valve had been dripping, thankfully only for the past 2 days and that it had not failed and flooded everything. I had to get out of the PJs and go to the hardware store to purchase a new valve. It's always something.
ellen i did not rest it warmed up so i did 6 miles out in the sun and cleaned out my suv . i use to drink dunkin’ but now i order all my coffee beans from dutch brothers coffee online .
Ellen, your ravioli casserole looks like it will be delicious! 😊 All your meals today that you made look yummy. 😋 Enjoy your evening and relax. Blessings to you.❤
One of my best friends was just diagnosed with Alzheimer’s and it’s very difficult keeping her positive and hopeful. She’s very sad, confused, overwhelmed, anxious and worried sick. I’m not sure how to help her. If anyone has some ideas, please let me know. She has a daughter and grandkids that will be supportive, but it’s very hard on everyone right now not knowing what the future holds.
Memory loss is devastating. I went through it with my Mom. There’s a Book called ,36- Hour Day, that is a guide for caring for Alzheimer’s and Dementia🙏
Hi Ellen, I had to run out to Aldi’s and pick up that cute coffee holder you bought the other day😀 The casserole looks delish, I took a picture of the recipe, gonna have to try it, thx!
Hello Ellen, We've had a busy week, Monday was my blood doctor visit. Yea, I got a good report. Tuesday and Wednesday were doctor appointments for my husband, and tomorrow he has a procedure. The 3 kitties are keeping us entertained. The one outside living in the kittie house is becoming more friendly and not as shy as she was. Two of them go to the vet next week, then the other 2 will go soon. I teally enjoy your videos. Take care my friend, wish your son a Happy Birthday 🎈🎂 for us.😊
Good evening Ellen, I enjoy watching your channel every day. You always have an interesting show and cheer me up if I am feeling down. Counting blessings is great advice. The casserole you made looks great, I am sure it will be enjoyed. I am trying to lower my carbs for health reasons, but it looks delicious. Enjoy your celebration with your family. Take care, Mary
Your meal for party looks amazing, I'm sure it will be so tasty. Keep it simple is my constant way of life so paper plates now and again is a good idea 🙂
Can you show us how to make mac&cheese in your mini-dash cooker? I bought one too and I would like to use it for other than rice. I'll try the recipe you showed in the book.
Praise God! After enduring numerous challenges, I'm now a proud homeowner, blessed with an incredible $155,000 monthly income. God's faithfulness has restored my family's happiness and prosperity, fulfilling His promises. Everything is falling into place, and I'm grateful for His unwavering love and provision. God bless America!
It has been Christine Elizabeth Lerma. That's been the secret to this wealth transfer. A lot of folks in the US amd abroad are getting so much from it, God has been good to my household Thank you Jesus.

I just water down the mulch-straw with a hose and step on it. It has worked the 2 times I did it that way.

But then, what do you do? How do you come about that in that period?

Big Thanks to my co-worker (Alex) who suggested MS CHRISTINE ELIZABETH LERMA
Her top notch guidance and expertise on digital market changed the game for me
