Ellen, I enjoy the readings from your lovely book. Divine Creation....That is my thoughts on how everything came together. ❤ That is my belief. Glad to hear you are feeling a bit better today. That is great! Take care Ellen and enjoy your evening. 😊
We got to 39 degrees today, but there was some wind so it felt cooler. We too are still having a lot of snow on the ground and ice. The rest of our week should be in the upper 30's and low 40's with some sunshine. Hoping more of this melts away. I stayed home, scheduled next months bills to be paid and did some more work on my son's taxes (he has a business too) so I feel good that I was productive today . My Sister's house is selling!!! So she will be arriving to live with us in mid March. The pressure is on now but I did get about 80% of the projects I needed to do in my basement done already so I'm in pretty good shape for her and her son's arrival. I love Ravoli. I am really enjoying this book. I do believe in a Creator (God) My husband has traditional Medicare and a Supplement (Plan F, which they don't sell anymore) and like you he has never had to pay one dollar for any healthcare since he retired. Unfortunately Plan D for drugs isn't so great. Our property taxes have been going up for the last 2 years quite significantly. My husband always says we never really own our homes... don't pay your property tax and see who owns it, we are just caretakers and the better you take care of it the more they charge you.
Yes I have the same plan. You're right about part D. I also use Good RX and sometimes that's cheaper. You've done a lot of work to get your house ready for your sister. I'm sure she's grateful to have a new home. Your husband is right about home "ownership". The costs just go up and up!
Hard to believe we are slipping into the last week of January. 😵💫 I have been searching quite a while for glass coffee mugs. I have the irish coffee type but not basic coffee cup...had one but it broke a long while ago. I like them for tea. Had to go to Dollar Tree and checked there...no luck. Stopped at Aldi on my way home....surprise!!! Found a 2 pack...not clear glass but I am content with the ridged design they have. Was not even looking for them at Aldi. Decided to see if they had anything interesting in the Finds aisle. as I was leaving. So glad I checked! $5! I am a creationist and always have been. Always will be. 😊❤
I saw some of the glass mugs in Aldi's flyer. They looked really nice and won't stain. The year is already flying by. Lots of tasks to accomplish. I hope I can get them all done before the end of the year!
We got snow today finally. It's been in the 50s. It's going back up Monday.😊 Stay warm. I have the heat pad on my lap and a big black cat onto of that.😂❤
I've never had a ravioli casserole but I enjoy pasta so I'm sure it will be delicious. Both your coffee and tea varieties soounds so good. I always drink regular coffee and regular tea. Love your fur babies,, they seem very well trained. Hope and pray your stomach issues get better. Does the Pepto help any? I read that Kefer was good for stomach biome. Enjoy your channel and God bless
My morning routine is wake up at Five thirty am have a cup of coffee and right after I finish my cup, I drink a glass of water and no stomach ache. Maybe be the plain warm water will be helpful, just a thought.
Ellen, there is a book called Super Gut by William Davis, MD. Maybe I've even heard you mention this book before, I can't remember. Anyway, Dr. Davis is an advocate of the L. Reuteri cultured dairy yogurt for healing gut issues. Ketogenic Woman here on youtube just made a video of her making the yogurt and it helps here acid reflux/GERD issues so she doesn't have to take proton pump medications. This may be a fun experiment to try! I would be curious to see if it helps you. My husband has had GERD since he was a teenager. He ended up having a Nissen fundoplication surgery when he was 25 yrs old which immensely improved his quality of life for the past 20 years. Now it seems some reflux has returned for him. I really want him to try this L. Reuteri yogurt, however he doesn't like yogurt. I think it's worth trying. Several people on youtube said it has helped them.
I don't have that book but I actually have that book in my Amazon cart. It's been in there for about a week but I haven't bought it yet. I've made yogurt in the past. I started the culture from store bought organic yogurt. I made it in the instapot and it turned out really well. I'm sure homemade yogurt is much healthier than store-bought.
@@EllensAbundantLifeonLess It's a very specific strain of bacteria that you can't find in store bought yogurt called L. Reuteri. This is why you can only make the cultured yogurt that he recommends at home. For a while you could only find a probiotic that contained L. Reuteri on Amazon and that is the bacteria you use to make the yogurt, but now I think he came out with his own yogurt starter you can get. I will be interested if you read his book, let us viewers know what you think! 😀
I think all counties in all states have property taxes. Some states don't have income taxes. In NV, property value assessments are based on the value in the year the house was built, not on purchase price or current market value, and increases are capped at 3% annually for owner occupied homes. I am the 4th owner occupant of my 1942 bungalow and my property taxes are $800/yr. That is not a typo. I left CA when I retired because my property taxes had gone up to $6500/yr, despite CA's Prop 13 2% annual cap. That is because your baseline taxable value in CA is your purchase price. And NV has no income tax. Overall, I'm saving about 12K per year in taxes by moving 2 hrs away across the state line.
You're right, it's the income tax not property tax. Taxation without representation... wasn't that a big reason the USA broke away from England? Well here we are again! $800/year is great!
Good morning I hope you slept well and you are feeling better. I believe holy in my savior Jesus Christ Almighty fuck God where would we be without him? I shutter at the thought we are never alone my friend. Have a blessed Sunday my favorite day of the week I go to church and see my church family❤❤ blessings from me and Otis, Massachusetts
I agree with you. Life's too miraculous for me to believe this is all an accident. There's so much more than what we see. It's a beautiful mystery. And someday we'll see the face of God. Glad you're feeling a bit better. Keep eating your daily yogurt :) I was told you had to file taxes if you make more than $8000/yr. Your Mom is amazing - how old is she? 🖤💙💛🤍
God created the heaven and earth. All of it Ellen... That is Fact
I agree 👍
My husband is a retired Accountant , and he has helped Seniors do their taxes for free , for years now.
That's great! Such a kind gesture 😊
Yes! My husband did that for years before he passed away. He really enjoyed it.
Inteligent Design, Hope your feeling even better.

I love your readings.

The Pepto did help but causes constipation. It's really hard to find a balance. My fur babies are wonderful 😊
Hope your feeling better❤
Thank you Kerry ❤️

I'll have to try that 😊👍
Where was the thumbnail budget book?
In my kitchen. It's a photo I took. I have a whole video on my budget book setup

@@Nanatracie I've only tried water kefir
