    It happened to me for the first time when I was 14 years old in 2006 and I did not know what happened to me. I ran to my mother in fear and she did not know what to do. She made me lie on the bed and she thought that raising my legs up would help. I took a very deep breath and let it out calmly. It disappeared automatically. I was doing it. Every time it comes and doesn't take a minute, it disappears, even when I play football. But in 2016, It's came with panic attacks and they did not stop. I was taken to the hospital, and since then I was diagnosed with SVT.

    is harmles if i sometimes have SVT during Basketbal training? I just sit and do valsava maneuer, and i stop SVT, then i go back to training, is this ok ?

      If I have PSVT during the training I never stop the excersise, just do much harder and it’s stoo!
