I cannot believe how messed up this season 11 is. I have watched all the seasons and this one takes the cake. Poor quality video, sound does not match the video. Missing so many episodes. Just very disappointed because I am a big fan. I live in the USA and this masterchef is the best.
Plus they bring back a "winner" who is nothing more than a glorified home cook. To become a chef takes training and dedication, as I know from my own background, either as an apprentice or attending a culinary college or school, not just winning one competition because there is a lot they do not know. Don't forget the misery we endured during Season 9, due to all of the pork bellies that were served and Arum, in Season 09 Episode 51 was not eliminated even though he should have been because basically, he made ice cream, another favourite for that series, potato chips, and a syrup in a Mystery Box Challenge episode when he should have cooked something but didn't. Some of the best chefs in the world were self trained, not everyone went to culinary school, some people just had natural born talent or worked their asses off. I've come to the conclusion you watch these shows you have self proclaimed you hate....because you're jealous. You even stole a catch phrase from this show in particular. If you were as great as you have told us over and over again you'd have put it out there by now. But then we could disprove it, right? As the chef (with 20yrs experience and could back it up with credentials) who addressed you in session 9 comments said, glorified dishwasher moved up to errand boy in a kitchen possibly. Executive or talented *travelling chef* in 70 countries, no. 👌nuf sed👌
Just because she eats Japanese regularly does not translate to being able to cook their cuisine properly. However, she was able to do so. The person who replaced Bennet is a complete turnoff so I did when I suddenly realised what has happened - the cast is changing and not for the better. Replacing a chef of many years with somebody who is really a glorified "home cook" who won this contest is utter nonsense. 'nuf sed. plamuk aka travellingchef
