There's actually been a case where some guys got in real world legal trouble due to a build they've made in a Minecraft world. I heard about it a little while ago and I don't really remember the details, but I believe it was recreating and destroying some government building or something along the lines of that. Of course there were additional factors as well but the Minecraft world was part of the evidence against them.
