You have to do a quest to reconstruct the jade chamber. I don't know if you knew this but from what I just read in your comment I think you didn't know that.

After I got xiao, I closed my wishing screen and I saw my lumine survive by falling in the water. When my sister wished, she lost her 50/50 and when she closed her wishing screen, her lumine died 😱

Like all the sufferings he had to endure, all of them were silenced due to this one, regretful satisfaction. But strange as it was, Xiao recognised it to be not his, and that caused him alarm. This feeling seemed too.... He didn't feel like he would ever feel something so hopeless, yet at the same time so peaceful. He wasn't even sure that it was possible to feel so restless yet still at peace. If not him, then who- Long braided blond hair, eyes the colour of honey, and a smile as bright as the sun, an embodiment of a sunflower, always turned towards hope like the flower towards the sun. "Traveler..." He mumbled unconsciously, not knowing he had spoken, upon realising whose it was. Whatever Traveler was feeling, whatever emotion this was, Xiao felt it wasn't good. He had an urge to go see the man, to make sure he was okay, because his mind kept on nagging him that he wasn't. And so he did. The more he fell, the more Xiao felt despair wringing his heart to shreds, and then he finally heard it, a voice. "I'm so sorry, Xiao." It sounded so broken, yet so clear in his mind, that Xiao didn't think before he jumped as well. In no time, the traveler was in his hands, eyes shut tight. Embarrassment, still not his, overflowed through him. The traveler opened his eyes in bewilderment, staring at Xiao. "Xiao? How are you- i didn't call for you, did i? Did you need something?" Aether asked, and Xiao, so close now, saw the hurt in his eyes, the despair, the sadness, the longing, the loneliness, but still the worry, for *him* in those honey eyes. How humans could hold such much emotions in a single gaze, he could never understand. "Yes, Traveler. I do need something, something that only you can give." He said. "Uh, yes?" "Could you.... Talk to me about what is bothering you, whatever is putting your mind at such unrest that you decide to.... Do this?" Aether blushed, embarrassed, shrinking into himself in Xiao's arms. I just used Lumine and Zhongli in the same party and made food for everyone (2 of Zhongli's specialty food for himself and Lumine, plus 1 tofu for Xiao) and before maintenance I logged off in the same spot Xiao usually appears in the Wangshu Inn. So the scenario was like, me n Zhongli were waiting for him with dinner ready.
