from WC, I am amazed at how many trucks are “Coal Burners”, trucks that blow a lot of black smoke from the exhaust! That is mostly illegal here in the USA for big trucks, the smaller trucks (diesel pick-ups) can get by with it in states that do not have tests for vehicle exhausts! But even in those states large cities have air quality tests for all vehicles that they must pass or not be allowed on state highways!
