Bought two days ago but everything works fine but when i press record button it starts focusing no start recording on both my cameras Sony a7siii and Sony a7iii only to control wheel iso with cable and Bluetooth problem Works fine, I tried everything. Someone has the same problem

This gimbal has a big problem, without warning it remains like a paperweight, it does not charge the battery, if you connect it to the charger it says update and the following failed remains in that block. The motors do not activate, it seems to be in sleep mode and the technical support does not answer, I changed a unit for that same problem and now it happens to this other one, I have searched intwrnwt and there is no information about it plz dont by this product

And all this issues appear at same time Crane 4 "update failed" it doesn't hold any charge it seems to attempt to update, then "fails" plugging into my pc doesn't give it any life can't connect to ZY play to update it

As I know, Crane 4 camera control port can Output 5V 1A, whether your camera can be power supplied, it depends on your camera itself charging logic.
Awesome gimbal can we add extra battery
It is with built-in battery. But support use while charging.Maybe a power bank which meet the PD protocol can work with it.

Make sure you use the Type-C to Micro USB LN-MBUC-A02 camera control cable to connect them, and power on the gimbal first, then the camera.

I think you may half-press the button, reach the auto-focus fucntion, fully press the phone/video button down, then you can start or stop video.
