I prefer this to any five dollar deal out there. This is a much larger burger, a few more fries and the larger drink and sundae more than make up the 2 buck difference of the four nuggets the other guys include

DQ hasn’t had good beef since the 90’s. Now they have even ruined the chicken strips by changing producers. Ice cream is still good soft serve, assuming they aren’t using the rerun bucket when you show up.
Yeah, i agree, the softserve is still pretty good. I've never had a DQ grill in my area in the 90s, so I'm not sure how they compare. I still enjoy the burgers there today, but perhaps I was missing out back then. Thanks for the input. I appreciate you taking the time to give it 👍
That's insane what they can get away with charging, these days. I'd imagine that the reasoning behind it, is to push people into buying a combo, to save.

Yeah, I guess with a name like Dairy Queen, you'd think it'd just be ice cream, but in addition to some great ice cream and amazing ice cream cakes, they also some delicious fast food options, such as burgers, chicken strips, hot dogs, and cheese curds 😋😋 Thanks for your comment !
Dairy Queen has always had good sandwiches and combo meals. I love their onion rings. I would prefer the sundae over chicken nuggets. Seven dollars is a good deal I think. Fortunately we have a Dairy Queen five minutes from our house.

Yeah, I agree with you 100%. Their deals make it more reasonable, but even in this case, I felt it could've been a little cheaper. I know, the Sundae alone, isn't cheap, so that's probably why, but still.

My DQ actually has pretty decent burgers (for being fast food). I know restaurants can vary.
