This is their job. Why would they make a video for their job and not get paid? I’m assuming you don’t work for free?
It literally costs you nothing to watch this video, that’s why there is ads. Either we watch the ads and the creator gets paid, or they put their videos behind a paywall and you pay monthly for their videos. My guess would be you would also complain having to pay a subscriber fee too.
Let Lauren pay her bills and just watch the free content lol.

I had my baby a few days before you and I also had a crazy postpartum experience. I am just now feeling somewhat back to normal but still need to stretch and work on my body to get to 100% It’s totally not talked about enough and also I feel like doctors do not prepare you enough for how hard physically it can be. I could not walk much and also could not sit down until recent,y, about 7 weeks later. So happy you are feeling better! ❤
