My internet connection works but only for a few things. Gmail/TH-cam and a few other sites and I have no idea why. I don't know if it my computer specifically or my Modum.
I think I understand your instructions as they are clear but I am just asking to be sure and if you have the time i really could use your reassurance.
For those of us who are computer novices, this is an extremely complicated task. Why was this even a design of Windows? Had someone where I was employed developed such a consumer unfriendly program, they would have been summarily fired!

Why is it after I’ve done what you said, though it says I successfully reset it but it ask regarding run the system admin: it did not lead me to restart the computer but it says c:username/user>
I restart it now it returns me back to windows 10 admin which is Microsoft! As if nothing happened?
My antivirus is bitdefender, since I was dismayed and discouraged with Google because I was attacked with malware, etc. I deny it from my bitdefender firewall.
When I update my msedge it totally removed my Google account. Before I can open my gmail which was on memory of msedge windows. But now message is just what you said:

Hey for the last line it says " The requested operation requires elevation (run as administrator) what do i do
When you open command prompt, opened it as administrator (write click to chose it before opening)
This worked but it only worked for a bit.. now my laptop is back to before what happened?

I had this problem, mostly on state government web sites. Disabling my VPN just for those sites worked for me instead of doing all this proxy gyrations.
