One great line after another. I always get a kick out of stories about fake occultists getting their comeuppance and this was one of the best I’ve heard this side of Jimmy Page buying Alistair Crowleys Boleskine House.

I’m actually a demonologist I used to do cleansing and banishing did it for 30 years you can usually tell straight away exactly what’s going on a lot of the times you can see it or they’ll tell you loved doing it but had to stop great story did make me chuckle 🤭

The story started with some potential but descended into an over-the-top assortment of worn-out horror tropes and ridiculously flowery prose. Just a master class on terrible writing. The fact that anyone believes in the supernatural at all is a sad reflection on how humans cling to superstition even in an age of free education and access to knowledge.
