  • I've been buying some goods from guy on Avito (Russian craigslist) who lives near my home at Parnas district.
    Parnas is one of the poorest districts of Saint Petersburg city for young couples or pensioners. As well as Murino, Deviatkino, Kudrovo, Ya Romantic, Veteran's Avenue. The prices for apartments (flats) at this area pretty affordable if you buy it on a construction stage with a credit.
    Of course we have poorer districts with half-destroyed buildings but this one is most popular for new owners.
    My name is Dima I live in Saint Petersburg the North and cultural capital of Russia.
    My gear for videos:

    Can you only buy those apts?

    • @peterburh
      @peterburh  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      You can’t rent any of them. Also we have some social apts from the state for disabled people. I lived near one of those people. That was a nightmare. That old guy was blind and crazy. He was knocking every night at his apartment on the walls and ceiling. And everyone who lived around were hearing all that shit. Police can do nothing about it so I was asking him every day to be quiet. He stops but never answer. I guess he can’t speak too. That was a bad experience living around such people who don’t care about the others or idk what was wrong with him 🤷‍♂️

      @@peterburh I'm sorry about your neighbor. So how do people afford to buy an apartment? Do thry save up for years? Or do thry get a loan?

      loan, we call it mortgage. You need to pay 10-30% first and after pay the rest for years and years 20+

      well, I guess you know the difference between prices for this type of buildings and real middle-class buildings :)
