      I am really very scared of being alone. This is making me very weak . Akele rehne se itna dar lgta h ki mai jb iska sochti hu to panic attack aa jate h .... Please tell me what will i do to overcome come from this fear.. there's always a type of fear in my heart of being alone

    My insomnia sucks, my body clock is opposite too bad I don’t have Wi-Fi instead pulling orders while the the regular employee are busy scrolling working part time supposedly, God doesn’t life depression it’s tough if u don’t have legit fb and privacy but thanks for reminding me, starting today will try to meditate again even doesn’t have yoga mat!     I have come with great hopes, Hansa mother, help me, I stay awake till late night and study. I fall asleep between 11:30-12 pm. For this, what kind of tea/breakfast can I take to get rid of sleep at this time or whatever you feel is appropriate, tell me,

    People... have big bellies... lie on their back... Obviously said by someone that was never obese... It was extremely uncomfortable for me to sleep on my back when I was obese... All that fat pushing down on me made it harder to breathe as well...
