[EngSub]Harvard Graduate Transformed the Village in 4 Years 學霸4年改造四川小村，美成全國範本

- 四川彭州山裡的一個村子--小石村，居民的幸福感意外地高，村中房屋顏值也都頗高，幾乎都有大屋檐，屋檐下大家喝茶、遛鳥、擺龍門陣，川味十足，好不愜意。5年前，這裡曾是一個空心化而沒落的村子，從外地經商回鄉的村支書岳付飛、與紮根西部的哈佛海歸建築師李燁，攜手村子的整體規劃和改造。修文化大院，蓋時髦廠房，利用閒置民居改造出共享民宿。原本打算看笑話的居民，現在見到建築師會問：「什麼時候輪到我家改造？」
In Xiaoshi Village, a village in the mountains of Pengzhou, Sichuan, the happiness level of the residents is unexpectedly high. The houses in the village are also really beautiful. Almost all houses have wide eaves. Under the eaves, people drink tea, play with their birds, or simply hang out together. The cozy atmosphere is so characteristic of Sichuan. Just five years ago, this was a hollowed village. Yue Fufei, the village Party Secretary who returned to his hometown after doing business away for years and Li Ye, a Harvard returnee architect rooted in the west, worked hand in hand with the overall planning and transformation of the village. Building a cultural compound, fashionable workshops, and transforming idle residential houses into shared homestays. Residents who originally expected to have a good laugh now start asking the architect, “When is my turn?"

这是我看到的最不装B的改造，踏踏实实结合现实，佩服佩服
好一群了不起的年輕人，貢獻自己的所學和心力丶腦力，造服鄕民，激活了老人的心丶融入有貭有量的活力，默默的付出，太棒了！
不純粹以旅遊為導向，引進產業，讓村子有活血進來，真正做到了活化村鎮的意義
這就對了! 為村長和設計師點讚! !! 期待更多村長、區長、設計師為鄉間和市井的民居打造幸福的生活空間!
这才是一条应该追求的风格，不矫揉造作，不凡尔赛。

This is very insightful into China rural community and local political structure. How they try to live traditional lifestyle. But also has good modern vision, hiring a proper architect to plan their town to help with development. Fascinating small model of communism, government where each villagers own a small part of public facility and get profit from the hotel. Good job committee. Fan of Yittiao from 🇻🇳

Or to stay in the hotel?
@@joannabusinessaccount7293 if you are in China or in Chengdu, I think you can just directly drive to that place or maybe you can book the hotel through a local mobile app (there are many such booking apps).

$從哪裏來？
鄉下要靠收割得財不容易也不可能
都市很有進歩空間選鄉下的成就可以少見
物料成本应该不高。最贵的可能就是那个设计师，但我很怀疑这个例子里面设计师是免费的。
你了解中国农村吗?
虽然不太清楚，但是应该村民是不需要承担费用的，很大可能是政府拨款，在中国政府给下面乡镇都有很大拨款，当然大部分拨款要么被瓜分，要么被用在不切实际的建设上，也是因为没有专业的人才来进行设计，视频中的这个案例算是一个正确的方向，虽然中国还存在不少问题，但是可以看到很多问题在慢慢解决，作为一个如此大的国家，想要一步到位的改变是不可能的，这种一点点的稳步改善才是最好的状态。
不错。但请不要用哈佛学霸这种很土很博眼球的贴标签title… 1. 显示出对设计师名气小的不信任感，需要用学校名气来凑。 2. 拉低了频道本身的品味修养。 所以请你直接用设计的名字… 你看到过哪个设计频道会写”straight A Harvard graduated Architect” ? 😅
中國的農村很醜陋，希望能夠將改造方法推廣。可惜沒有深入介紹改造過程。
