Upper Dart Kayaking High Water

Kayaking the upper Dart BIG! Ive been wanting to paddle it at these flows for a long time but eventually the stars aligned with an all star crew of locals and tourists to allow my Dart dream to become a reality. It's safe to say i'm not going to be running in there every time it gets this high as it was pretty hectic with trees at times, but for sure a cool experience! My apologies for the colourful language.

Water up in the trees can be a death river. Excellent run. Longer runs with boats up front, always make a video more interesting. Shoot an entire run.

Ive done that river on what i thought was high. This was mental. Good choice on the ledges I imagine that could have been a death trap

Wow, I could say unrecognisable the medium levels I've run it, but thats not quite true , I can see the main features . Beyond my skill level. One of the best high water upper darts vids I've seen ... just needed a swimmer or 2 for even more excitement!
