Guys this is awesome, takes me back to 2001 when a few mates and I did a road trip around Europe and Eastern Europe, with the Soca from Bovac , what a river, beautiful scenery, clean water and every grade you could want to 5....... Thanks

In august there is usually no water right now its 10m3 this video was filmed at 60m3. The usual running water is at 30m3. If water level is under 15m3 its too low there are too many rocks and tight portages.

I’m coming back to SOCA soon (not sure I’ll do that section), but it’s a great river .
@@stuartreedsadventures no its a new video. Its almost impossible for the police to prove you actually paddled katarakt so its nothing to worry about.
@@stuartreedsadventures also if you paddle in the kobarid area you have to be aware of the police they often check if you bought the tickets.
@@markopetek Yes, we got checked last time but all had tickets as we went with a guide who organised it all 👍👍
