Imagine what would have happened if a normal person goes alone to complain without filming any video and uploading on internet? No one would have even answered his questions and would have kicked him out of the showroom
Bro I agree with all your points, but as an software engineer, It's not easy to bring a software update in just one day. Sometimes fixing one bug results in a new bug. Trials and tests with the new update should also be done. It's really a time consuming work, taking one week to one month. I hope you understand and don't take me in a wrong

This same happened in access 125. I had bought few years back. With in 1year started to loose acceleration. So I went to local garage he said that it has engine issues. I went to company service centre and asked them they also said the same. I asked within year how can engine be damage? As per your video they said same its not company fault i went away. Then again I went for clarification for damage then they started to ignore. I tweeted to official account for such issues they sent a person he threaten me that either you repair or go to hell it's not company fault. Actual it was company fault i told him that the design of air filter was such it suck water in rainy reason this damaged the engine. So to cover up he said you didn't do regular service at our service centre so you have got engine problem. After research i got to know many had same issues but I didn't went far. I closed the issues. Didn't complain anywhere because the higher authority person to whom I met was ex army narendra singh. On that day I lost trust in Suzuki company. Nearby all the member of family never bought Suzuki vehicles. We all changed to honda activa. After 5 years there are more activa on road than access 125. Karma did the job well. BS6 engine will face problem with air intake value, in plains oxygen levels are good thus BS6 will work perfectly, at high altitude oxygen levels are less thus ignition will face problems, now easy fix is to update the air intake value value incase it is electronically controlled, more air intake will reduce mileage but will make the engine operable with less oxygenated air flow. ye toh local mechanic with ECU reader/editor kit kar deta. Also fuel quality in hills is low specially diesel, have tested this with a non BS6 diesel engine.
High altitude me gaadi extra thandi ho jaati hai jiske wajah se diesel engine start nahi hota uske liye engine ka cover hata kar garam paani daalne se start ho jati hai mere saath Thar me aisa hua tha fir hotel vale ne hi bataya ki aisa karne se hi start hogi and the formula perfectly worked.

Whereas in manual gearbox, we tend to keep the car above 2k rpm while taking a climb. This is the reason not only TATA but Mahindra,Toyota many other cars are having a similar problem.

Tata cars have heating issue and their built quality is very poor . Sheets of body are very thin you can punch and make a dent in it . Plus they undergo lot of engine issues . I had used indica V2 check engine light use to go off every alternate weeks lot of maintenance.

Brand new car will have a warranty. They have to fix it. They get 3 tries to fix the same issue then it's legally a lemon and they have to buy it back with refund or replace or repair and give another car until it is fixed. I think if 4 repairs then it goes to refund - that is lemon law in US

Well all of sudden i found this video commented on that video and same here. 1st thing plant makes the car not the dealer, 2nd you will not get new car or Money back, 3rd there is a process if dealer can't solve the problem that when the plant engineer comes, if the plant can't solve that when u can send them a notice n got to court. 4th if there is engine related problem you can take a loaner car till problem doesn't solve. 5th that lady cannot speak that way with customer, they should help the customer by updating them, 6th you can take the help of the On Road assistant the car has break down when 1 has different terms. All discussions are written and stamped and signed on booking confirmation document.after 15 days of booking, sales person is calling and saying can't give promised accessories and car price will be 10k above what was committed. I have worked in these softwares of such vehicles, there will be a bug to which THE bs6 engine switches, But this case with diesel has to be tuned properly. Shame with the calibration department of the assembly

Usually the OEM (vehicle manufacturing) dumps these when the engine calibration process happens, usually in India the rectification via diagnostics is less preferred or seen. But when your car system is plugged in probably the defect pertaining to you cars Stop condition was not configured properly. This defect is a result of improper testing of the engine software of the company probably because of the launch deadline i guess this has resulted in the problem you see.
@G🧿🧿GL Engine calibration is a process of optimizing engine settings so that optimal engine performance, like minimum fuel consumption, minimum pollutant gas emissions, maximum power output can be achieved. This is done electronically apparently this was a software issue itself
Only moral of the story is NEVER BUY A TATA CAR in LIFE AS THEY OFFER ZERO RELIABILITY. You got to be lucky or God blessed if you own a Tata Car. Unless they offer 5 years Guarantee & Free Service Pack.

Tata cars have heating issue and their built quality is very poor . Sheets of body are very thin you can punch and make a dent in it . Plus they undergo lot of engine issues . I had used indica V2 check engine light use to go off every alternate weeks lot of maintenance.

Brand new car will have a warranty. They have to fix it. They get 3 tries to fix the same issue then it's legally a lemon and they have to buy it back with refund or replace or repair and give another car until it is fixed. I think if 4 repairs then it goes to refund - that is lemon law in US

Well all of sudden i found this video commented on that video and same here. 1st thing plant makes the car not the dealer, 2nd you will not get new car or Money back, 3rd there is a process if dealer can't solve the problem that when the plant engineer comes, if the plant can't solve that when u can send them a notice n got to court. 4th if there is engine related problem you can take a loaner car till problem doesn't solve. 5th that lady cannot speak that way with customer, they should help the customer by updating them, 6th you can take the help of the On Road assistant the car has break down when 1 has different terms.

Sir, I have booked Nexon car xm variant after all negotiation and promised accessories. All discussions are written and stamped and signed on booking confirmation document.after 15 days of booking, sales person is calling and saying can't give promised accessories and car price will be 10k above what was committed. In this case, can dealer do such things when till now ex showroom price is not changed? Can he cancel my booking without my consent? What should I do?

I have worked in these softwares of such vehicles, there will be a bug to which THE bs6 engine switches, But this case with diesel has to be tuned properly.

Bro where this Calibration of softwares are done why do these sale persons or service wale don't judge it properly to rectify this problem, why customer has to go through such pathetic conditions to solve his problems 🤔
Usually the OEM (vehicle manufacturing) dumps these when the engine calibration process happens, usually in India the rectification via diagnostics is less preferred or seen. But when your car system is plugged in probably the defect pertaining to you cars Stop condition was not configured properly.
This defect is a result of improper testing of the engine software of the company probably because of the launch deadline i guess this has resulted in the problem you see.
