The Octatrack is so old, and does so much, and there's so much online about how complicated it is, and not enough content of people just using it to do dope stuff. i know its a really simple thing, but i love how often you have a pattern that establishes a key, then you evoke a chord change just by extending the bassline to 8 bars and switching it up after bar 4

What I think a lot of people could learn from your workflow is to just commit to elements as soon as they cause that creative spark. The end result is a lot more human and you also didn’t waste a ton of time deciding what to do next haha, some people (me included) might spend three days grinding only to realize the track is ruined by overthinking it
