Should be able to make speed and power adjustments. Usually hold plus minus to unlock menu. Plenty of TH-cam videos about them especially Himiway. Very 👍
We got a couple of bikes about 3 years ago and we like them very much. Ours goes a long ways before needing a charge. Come and ride the trail that goes through Jay Cooke. It is paved and a smooth ride.
Recommendations from a fellow Himiway rider (have the A7 Pro and the original Cruiser). 1. Switch out the seats (Cloud 9 is very nice) 2. As a couple of others have pointed out, add Slime or Flat Out (I use Flat Out, it's great!) 3. Switch out the tires on the A7 Pro (I still need to do so) to something knobbier. Unless you're using it in the city (which isn't me, either), get something that will give you some grip on trails. I mean, it's full suspension so might as well use that full suspension.
Great job with those two Himiway Bikes Joe, went together pretty easily and they ride great too. Even better when you get them adjusted for the terrain . I sure hope you never sneak up on a Moose with either one of them, that could be disastrous. Have fun with them and looking forward to seeing more woods rides with you two having fun. Good luck on opener, hope you did well and stayed up with Melissa on the catching of the fish. Stay safe , Fred.
First thing! Get some green Slime from bike store or big box store. Pour some in each valve stem. Replace stem and pump pressure. These tires are not tough for any kind of stick.
First thing we did when got our Emile’s was get different seats. The seats they come with are - kinda narrow and hard! Lol. We got folding bikes so we can put them inside the camper or in the back of the truck. Our camper doesn’t have a back bumper so we couldn’t put a bike rack on it like I see so many do.
Nice bikes! You may want to consider bike shorts or base layer with the padding in it to cushion the ride on your behind. Don't know how i ever rode a bike without them!
Sorry Joe...Never thought I would see YOU doing ads for e-bikes! I have about 4 channels that are always getting e-bikes now and selling them... etc. I'll grin and bear it, and wait for some normal good content.
Editing the very LONG Tent video now. Those bikes are really cool. We really enjoyed them. Both of us were unsure if we would even be into bike riding but once we got on them we both loved it.
I had the video on the background while I was doing dishes, when I turned to watch at 9:34 I was sure you had crashed. Glad it was my mind playing tricks lol. Great bikes!
I guess you will add to the bikes as you find what you need to carry on your rides. Is there a place on the bike to store the multitool that came with the bike? Does the display have a GPS setting or do you just use your phone if you are in an unfamiliar area?
I have no clue yet. I am still learning what it can do. I was halfway through this video when I figured out what the assist did. That was pretty cool, just petal a little and the motor assists you.
I would love to have one but I could never afford it looks like a lot of fun I’m 67 years old I have a tryke wimpy it dose 10 or 12 mph I have riding mcs motorcycles for 55 years my wife said no more
You plug them in to charge. With this video and the Tent (upcoming) video we put about 20 miles on them and the battery was just down 1 out of 5 bars. They will go between 40 and 80 miles on a charge depending on what you are doing.
Just for crayfish. That is the same river that goes through the Tent lake. We fish the mouth of it by the beaver dam. You will see us fishing there in the Tent fishing opener video which goes public tonight. The wooden bridge I cross in this video is also that same river.
Check out their website and look at their products. I was not interested in a 3 wheel so I never looked but after driving these, it would be nice for my Dad.
Who needs chainsaws when your around. You showed those branches across the road who was boss. Oh a bridge. I don't think I've seen that before. Now that would be a great spot for mud bugs.
Joe, do you realize that once you start milking a cow or cows, it is a 365 day commitment and may cut down on your tent and hunting get aways. Just some food for thought. Keep up the great videos
9 month commitment. You need to dry them 2 to 3 months before they give birth. Once they have the calf, you can "calf share" and let the calf have some and you take some or if you are going up fishing or whatever you can just let the calf take the milk. Some people go for 14 to 21 day trips and come back and the calf has kept her just fine. Some people do not wean from the mom until 10 months. You really, if wanted, are not tied to the milker.
Yes. We use the pedals more in the upcoming Tent video. You put them on pedal assist and as you pedal the motor assists you. I had sore butt and leg muscles because I apparently do not use them as much as I should. Lol. That pedal assist is really cool.
at very least you'll want some gloves, even if it's warm. High speed branch to the knuckles sucks, also if(actually when) you go down, your hands instinctively hit the ground first, a good leather palm will limit most crashes to pride only.
Any higher and I would not be able to touch the ground. I need tip toes as it is right now and the seats are as low as they go. Apparently the correct way to set the seat is with your tip toes touching so they fit perfectly.
Legalities in some areas as far as needing a license/registration if it has a certain amount of power or can go over a certain speed. It's a big mess still.
Bike do look very nice. The first one in black had some great safety lighting on it. I like that. Did the other bike have lights too? Did you get a second multi tool for the green one? That is going the extra mile including that. Hope you have a pouch to put it in and leave on the bike at all times. Oh god the dogs are going to go crazy with chasing you.
We do a lot of pedaling in the upcoming Tent fishing opener video. You can do whatever you want. Do you feel you need exercise? pedal, do you just want a leisurely stroll on the trail? then don't. It is that simple.
@@NorthernSeclusionthanks for the reply. FYI, i was not trying to criticize, just making a general observation about these kinds of bikes. It looked like you were having fun on your test rides so enjoy the heck out of them. Waiting to see how you mount your shotgun given that you will encounter many quail on your rides.
The next video (The Tent opening fishing 2024) we do about 4 miles on the bikes and I do learn how the pedal assist works and we use the pedals a lot more. Stay tuned.
I'm 70 and would like to have an E-bike three-wheeler. They look like so much fun and also exercise. I, too, live in the north country and am trying to determine the cost vs. the months I could actually use a three-wheeler, but I surely do like them.
You are being used to promote what will be the only transportation when the 15 minute cities are implemented. I've seen other channels pushing them as well.
There isn't going to be any 15 minute city's. God is going to destroy this continent with massive earthquakes. And give this continent back to the Indians. That way ,evrybody gets what is coming to them.most that are left after 100 million or 2 die, will flee back to their native country's. Then they can't blame anyone but themselves.
Should be able to make speed and power adjustments. Usually hold plus minus to unlock menu. Plenty of TH-cam videos about them especially Himiway.
Very 👍
Thanks for taking us along Joe! Nice bikes!
Those are pretty cool, thanks Joe

I absolutely love the bikes Joe, keep warm and thanks for sharing! 👏👏👏👌👌👌💯💯💯

Oh, and to give you full-suspension lite on the D5, buy yourself a suspension seatpost (like a Suntour SR SP12) & your rides will be even smoother.
Thanks Joe!!!!
Glad to see you are getting into the world of Electic, fun times!
How fun. Pretty cool way to explore the area and not disturb the wildlife

Stay tuned Fred, I am editing the long "THE TENT Opening fishing 2024 The Movie" video now. The bikes are awesome.
That looked pretty fun!! I'm sure you will both use them.. Stay safe and have fun.🤓👍🤓👍.Randy.
Big fan in South Carolina. Love your content. So helpful and entertaining. Great job
Those bikes are sweet! You and Melissa are going to enjoy exploring on them! Those will fun to hunt with!
A brand new E-bike and Joe goes right for the mult tool. Boy, those things have some get-up-and-go!
First thing! Get some green Slime from bike store or big box store. Pour some in each valve stem. Replace stem and pump pressure. These tires are not tough for any kind of stick.
Looks good Joe, brings the kid out in you, enjoy, they are a lot of fun, my neighbor has one and she rides everywhere.

Try using bike shorts or base layer with the cushioned padding in them. You'll never go back!
Can't wait to see how Melissa likes hers. I love the shade of the green one. Tyfs God bless you
She loves it. You will see her riding it in the upcoming Tent fishing opener video.
@@NorthernSeclusion sweet lol
Looks like fun! Thanks for sharing
Those are awesome! Thanks Joe for sharing. Juddie
The ebikes are great. Enjoy them.
Cycling regularly can add years to your life.
Looks like a lot of fun Joe!
Joe you can definitely sneak up on a sasquatch now out on those roads. Great video, those e-bikes look pretty cool.
Nice e-bikes Joe! Have fun @ The Tent!
Cmon Joe, you could’ve jumped that tree ! Lol
All you need now Joe is the Ace of Spades card fastened with a clothespeg to the front wheels...
Right?! 🤣
Oh Man!!! We did that all the time as kids. I am going to do that. Haha.
The hell with that. Put a rifle mount on it then you can sneak up on those birds quietly.
Perfect deer stand shuttle for Sara. Joe, you need to mount a nice basket for her backpack.
❤ Great bike ride, 🚲 you need to get a carrier for a small cordless chainsaw 😉 for those surprise road blocks. Enjoy my friend
They have carriers on their website. We need them.
Nice bikes! You may want to consider bike shorts or base layer with the padding in it to cushion the ride on your behind. Don't know how i ever rode a bike without them!

Sure wish they had these when we were kids.
Get one and you will feel like a kid again I did! This will be my fourth summer with it.✌️from northwestern Vermont
Boy what a great way and quiet wat to get around up there
I didn’t know they were that fast
These would be awesome at my cabin. Nice and quite.
Nice great for a little bit of off road
I'm wondering if when pheasant season is in and there's no snow just how many you could sneak up on with that bike!!!! Be interesting to see .
Ok how is it when you pedal the d-5 and the other one on the road and off road can you change gears while pedaling
Yes, it is controlled with your right thumb. One button and one lever. One goes up and the other one down in the gears.
Great video 👍👍
I had the video on the background while I was doing dishes, when I turned to watch at 9:34 I was sure you had crashed. Glad it was my mind playing tricks lol. Great bikes!
You need to make some ramps and see how much air them things can get! Haha, enjoy all your videos!
I guess you will add to the bikes as you find what you need to carry on your rides.
Is there a place on the bike to store the multitool that came with the bike?
Does the display have a GPS setting or do you just use your phone if you are in an unfamiliar area?

Joe, I Was going to order the D5, but the discount code NS200 was not valid. No worries; I'll try again later.
I will contact them to let them know. Thank you.
They work great during hunting season
Nice E bikes.
I had been thinking about buying an E bike. They look pretty sweet.
Both Melissa and I really liked them.
👍
I would love to have one but I could never afford it looks like a lot of fun I’m 67 years old I have a tryke wimpy it dose 10 or 12 mph I have riding mcs motorcycles for 55 years my wife said no more
Woohoo!
Just curious Joe, on the e bikes do they have to be plugged in to charge the batteries? or will pedaling put some juice back to the batteries?
You plug them in to charge. With this video and the Tent (upcoming) video we put about 20 miles on them and the battery was just down 1 out of 5 bars. They will go between 40 and 80 miles on a charge depending on what you are doing.
Now you will have fun lol
Those bikes look fun! Have you ever fished at the big culvert?
Just for crayfish. That is the same river that goes through the Tent lake. We fish the mouth of it by the beaver dam. You will see us fishing there in the Tent fishing opener video which goes public tonight. The wooden bridge I cross in this video is also that same river.
Im not so much into your trial videos. But this one is awesome 👌
This is a keeper for sure
I would get a seat with a shock absorber for yours. Will mellow out the ride.
That bike would be nice and quiet for being out and jumping a few grouse.
Those look cool. How was it getting used to the controls? You have me on their website now looking at one lol
Add a scabbard and you have a great way to go after grouse
if not too wet during deer season, that would be the way to hunt. can cover a lot of ground
Does this came as a 3 wheel?
Milk cows are not producing milk 365. They have to be dryed and freshened.
Can you pedal those also for exercise?
Yes. We use the pedals more in the upcoming Tent video. You put them on pedal assist and as you pedal the motor assists you. I had sore butt and leg muscles because I apparently do not use them as much as I should. Lol. That pedal assist is really cool.
You can also just pedal them like a regular bike with no assist.
All have another question, can you shift the bike like a regular bike? If so, how many gears or speed are they?
at very least you'll want some gloves, even if it's warm. High speed branch to the knuckles sucks, also if(actually when) you go down, your hands instinctively hit the ground first, a good leather palm will limit most crashes to pride only.
Bet a Bear or Cougar would take chase if they seen you go by, lol
I bet I could get more than the 21.1 or 9 Mph I got out of them if I was being chased. Lol.
Raise the seat you are going to wreck your knees
Any higher and I would not be able to touch the ground. I need tip toes as it is right now and the seats are as low as they go. Apparently the correct way to set the seat is with your tip toes touching so they fit perfectly.
Have you worked out why the have pedals?
???? I have no clue, maybe because its a bike. Lol.
Click on the links in the video description and you can read more about them.

Both bikes have lights and both have the brake lights as well.
Now if only a tractor company would reach out to you to use a new tractor to use
I think i will get me a D5, Joe. I need a beefier bike...
I like the D5 best myself but the A7pro was real nice for Melissa because it is a step through. The links are in the videos description.
👍😎🇨🇦
All you need now buddy is a gun rack and a fishing pole holder
Well I got the 9th comment, pretty good. How’s the hernia. U need to take it easier.
I can hardly tell I had surgery but when I over due it, it reminds me and I back off for awhile.
E Bike or scooter? I never see anyone riding them actually pedaling or getting any exercise.
Hmm, how to mount a chainsaw on that thing

Joe we need to get you a horizontal gun rack to mount in line with the handle bars. I see expanding your range when grouse hunting - quiet too.
You are being used to promote what will be the only transportation when the 15 minute cities are implemented. I've seen other channels pushing them as well.
It is springtime here in this part of the world. That means bike riding time.

How do I get used? I have a cabin and would love these. You think different when have a need for things. Not everything is bad.
15 minute cities implemented we going to communism
I had to stop watching due to the issue with sound. Disgusting.
So is your comment.
