The scream is the famous Wilhelm scream. It is a stock soundeffect and became an inside joke in the movie industry.
The actual name for the scream is Man being eaten by an alligator. They tried tracing it back to the original movie but were not able too. Its been since cinema first started.
I always assumed that Guru gave Nail the "power-up" long before any of his happened. Nail was Guru's personal bodyguard...

I dont think Guru had any reason to unlock Nail's potential since there wasnt any major threat to Namek until Frieza came
@@tastedivinefury2198 Nail's already vastly stronger than any other Namakian. the other strongest warriors all lost handily to Dodoria whereas IIRC Nail is equivalent to Recoome.
so an episode or two ago when He and Vegeta were both smack talking each other, Nail was capable of kicking Vegeta's ass

deiondre0 If that were the case, then Guru could have _easily_ just unlocked Nail’s potential the moment they felt someone as strong as Frieza disrupting peace on the planet. The only good explanation as to why he didn’t is because he already unlocked it.

He's saying cap'n. I've seen a few Americans make that mistake, though. I just put it down to how "sheltered" (for want of a better word) Americans are. Most Americans never travel outside of the USA for some reason so they rarely encounter accents from other countries (except those of immigrants to America).
