When the candy melts are kinda old, they will burn quick if you don't use either paramount crystals or vegetable oil when melting them. If they are super fresh. It melts quickly and fine. Always check the expiration date on the packets.
Maybe I missed it, but how do you prevent fruits like 🍇 and 🍍 from sliding down the screwer. When I tried this the non-chocolate fruits kept sliding down ~ Beautiful arrangement btw
Do you let the chocolate cool off before dipping? If so how long? And for it not to melt after dipping can it be refrigerated or do it have to be in the freezer?
This was beautiful! How soon ahead can you make it before delivery? If I made it thre night before, would it still be good early in the morning for drop off?
Hello , thank you so much ! ♥️ and yes , just keep in mind you may experience condensation as the berries naturally build up moisture when stored in the fridge . Just make sure the arrangement is covered. Or another way if you are really funny about your berries presentation I would say assemble the arrangement the day before , dip and add the berries the day of if time will allow that . Hope this helps .
I’m not trying to be rude but I’d personally use regular foam instead of floral foam because floral foam contains a lot of nasty chemicals like formaldehyde. I know they foam doesn’t really come into contact with the fruit itself but the dust come out when you pull the toothpick out of it.
