great review! personally not for me but I'm generally not into cupsoles with a drop in midsole, would rather skate a vulc or classic cupsole like a dunk. drop in cupsoles don't last long if you're around 200 lbs
Skated them 3 months and idk if it’s the Mob grip tape but I ate the the sole in 3 months 🥲major hole in bottom of my shoe but the insole holding up nice so they skateable still
3 months on one shoe is crazy 😅.. I copped these & rolled my ankle.. but I did like the shoes..I usually skate blazer mids so I knew it was a slight chance of rolling my ankle..it was my fault though..I still think the 1s are better they just need a wider toe box

The sound you're referring to is from the laces and tongue. Not the sole.
That's what happened to my tiagos 1010s they started squeaking after a skating for a couple of months and than wearing them around some lol
