      @@donjohn2695 not really sure. he's never been on their bad side, to my understanding, and not like he tried to sue wwe or anything.
      if the plan for next years wm really is rock vs reigns, could see him going in as a favor to rock (i mean, he deserves it, but i could see rock asking for him to go in).
      shame chuck norris isn't really a wrestling fan, could have him induct him, let him do the "chuck norris facts" deal, but with haku in his place.

    When a guy as legit as Jerry Brisco won't even entertain the idea of being able to hang with Haku, that says it all.

    What we all forget is though he's hailed the *toughest* guy in WWF History, not enough praise is given to *Haku* on what a *kind hearted* and nice guy the man is.

    In all of these stories about Haku u have 2 things that are ALWAYS part of the conversation. He was a legit badass. And he was 1 of the nicest and most honorable people. That in itself is rare for those opinions to be universal. It's quite amazing actually.

    What separates Haku is that so many well known, well established tough guys in wrestling, all give him praise. Gerald Briscoe was super tough in his day. Harley Race. Andre the Giant, the Road Warriors, The Steiners, Dan Severn, Tank Abbott (Begrudgingly). Any guys you would put on a Mount Rushmore of true wrestling tough guys, would tell you that Haku was in a realm of his own.

    should have asked if jack could have taken him (gerald was no slouch either, but his brother was the better wrestler, and i know gerald would say that).
    betting the answer stays the same, though.
    every wrestling book that haku is mentioned in always says the same 2 things:
    he was a legit badass, but only if folks pissed him off, and he was a guy you could always count on to help you, especially the young guys in the business.

  • @donjohn2695
    @donjohn2695 ปีที่แล้ว +6

    Top 5 toughest in the business was haku barbarian Rick rude Harley race and bruiser Brody

      Dick Slater should be on your list. Slater was super tough and could knock people out with one punch.

    • @chaoticdays
      @chaoticdays  ปีที่แล้ว +5

      Not Bruiser Brody or Rick Rude. Brody and Rude was very tough of course but not among those universally considered the toughest. You can add Ron Simmons to the list you mentioned.

      And Haku would go through these poor guys like a bowling ball that's always that argument no matter how strong you are or how tough you are someone's always going to come in and be tougher than you with Haku he stands on the top. Vince McMahon should have made him world champion if wrestling was real no one would get in there with him they'd be too afraid in real life

    What’s he talking about? The fans didn’t know Haku was a badass during his run. It was before Internet.

    • @chaoticdays
      @chaoticdays  ปีที่แล้ว +11

      Everyone knew Haku was a badass. That's why the gimmick of King Haku was accepted by the fans despite his limitations on the mic and his relative lack of charisma. The internet has only revived his reputation. Back in the 80s, road stories and behind the scenes incidents would spread by word of mouth because fans were truly involved in pro-wrestling. Nowadays, people don't even have the patience to watch an entire match on screen.
