Just opened mine up, after hearing a pretty bad hum I don't remember it having. Hopefully it's a simple fix, like a wonky ground or bad cap, but we shall see... Great video and diagnosis/repair!!
Hey I have a feeling you know this but I'm throwing it out there for anyone else, on an enclosed relay or switch, if you wire up a light bulb in series, so kind of make up a rig, and close the switch a bunch of times you can wipe the contacts and get the resistance back below an ohm. But in this case that switch and what it does probably isn't a good idea anyway. Thanks for the videos as always Brent.
