You like those pinch harmonics! Lol. Nice video brother. Thank you for sharing. Learned a ton. Disposable solid state amps will be the future without the sharing of knowledge like this. Thank you!
Been watching some of your videos and I really enjoy the repair videos. Keep up the great work! Look forward to seeing more videos for you. Man this Orange amp was a mess!
Am I hearing some Zeke Riffs? I'm going to guess that whoever retolexed the amp probably smacked the tubes against the reverb tank by mistake when removing the chassis. I pulled the chassis on my TV and did exactly that which broke the guide pin off in the socket.
fuses blow when they are old,any time you turn on a dc circuit with inductive spike and caps charging , it gets stressed out and it loses part of the metal wire, just like old filament bulbs
12AY7 sounds a lot clearer in comparison. Love your videos man I appreciate your content.
Thank you! I'm glad you'r enjoying it.

Great job
Great amp man....they should have kept that one and the dual dark in production. Why they would eliminate the dual dark blows my mind...
Appreciate the video. Your knowledge is exceptional.

I've never been a fan of Orange amps. Same for Vox too... Just never cared for their tone.
