    Welcome to this Full Body Stretch for bellydancing. I cannot explain how important stretching is! Especially if you love belly dancing. I would recommend doing this stretch every single day to improve flexibility, prevent injury and feel amazing. These stretches have been choreographed especially to develop you as a belly dancer. I am targeting all the major muscles involved in belly dance! We stretch your glutes, your fingers and even prep you for getting into your splits! There is someone for everyone in this stretch, so even if you not a belly dancer I hope you enjoy it!

    Ugh I just love your videos! They just feel so natural for my body and these stretches feel sooooo good. My favorite stretch was most definitely the glute stretch!! And the one where you’re sitting down criss cross and you move from one side to the other one 🤤🤤🤤🤤 as a mother of three under three I’m very thankful for your channel!

    I started watching your videos to lose weight before my wedding but it has done so much more than that! I have found a form of exercise that is not only fun and works but relaxes me because I am not stressed about how much I can do in a day ❤ Keep up the awesome work!

      Erica did you loose wgt. I am after loosing wgt and get toned up in different areas of my body. So will belly dancing will be a good workout for achieving my goals

    So many of these stretches are things I naturally do and find relief but I had bad technique and I’m so grateful for improvements in that technique

    Oh, lands! I discovered body parts I did not know I had and a few stretches I have never seen before! But somehow stretching was still a workout. I may have to revisit this. I am used to moving, not holding. Thanks for this change of pace!
