Great video lots of good information. You might want to consider contacting DD Aerial Photography (he has a TH-cam channel) his drone footage is the best I’ve see from on YT about TV. You said “Sawgrass will eve have music” it’s had music for well over a year same as the squares 365 days a year. Would think as someone selling real estate & living there you would know this..very strange statement.

My advice, only buy up north if you physically go tour the area. Long distance purchasing not recommended. Photos can be misleading. I’m just saying buyers beware.
I've seen some people comment Sawgrass is not a town center but it seems like it has most of the characteristics. Where is the next town center planned for that southern area? Nice video.
Sawgrass lacks the retail shops Spanish Springs, Sumter Landing and Brownwood offer. Eastport is currently under construciton. I am hearing 2 years out.

If you have somebody you trust like me he will go through and point out everything I still believe that buying out of town can be safe
You could say “buyer beware” about anything, just about anyplace in this world. Bold bit of advice.
