You are the same people signing stupid minig deals and complaining about high interest loans from IMF, right. ? Do you realize the U.S. and Europe controls the IMF??? Imagine Sam George spending all this energy to create jobs for the youth instead. Wouldn't that be beneficial?. But no. He wants to get wealthy from therapy he plans to do for gay people. The anti-lgbt laws exist already. Yet he has spent three years on revising it and causing tension and violence in the country. The prisons are also overcrowded. That alone is a health risk on its own!!!

Obviously you lack critical thinking skills. Bill is passed on two significant points.
Point 1: There was something he said about "balance". Heterosexual rights to freedom are greater than gay rights to freedom. Same way Men have more rights that women, hence the initiatives to empower women, grant them equal rights, give girls equal rights to education rather than pushing them into child-marriages arrangements. On the point of "balance" the bill suppresses the rights of lgbt as it pertains to constitution right to association, expression, speech, etc.
Point 2: The bill fails for lack of input from experts who are specials on the issues that Sam claims the bill will solve.
Example, Issue 1: He claims that lgbt people are likely to commit suicide, abuse alcohol, abuse drugs, etc Ghana Medical Association (including doctors, psychologists, nurses, pharmacists, etc) are the experts on these issues. They are opinion must 100% accepted. But Sam is attacking even medical researchers with MD and doctorate degrees and shutting them down. I'm not shocked. After all, this is Africa those in power reject expert opinions
Point 3: His arguments based on reliance on religious belief fails. The religions whose doctrines he relies on are foreign religions that were imported into the country. Namely: Christianity and Islam. His argument is baseless because those religions were not part of Ghana culture to begin with.
Point 4: His argument on protection of cultural values also fails. Women expose their breasts when feeding their babies. Nudity is actually part of African culture. There is no written-down rules and norms on how individuals should practice culture. People cannot be force to eat only fufu by law just because they are Ashanti. One culture does not dictate to another culture on how they should do their things. There is no single Ghanaian culture. Each tribe has its own culture
Point 5: His argument on protection of Ghanaian values fail. Each culture in the country is different. He can't copy the Taliban laws or sharia laws from middle east and paste it into Ghana. There is not single 'Ghanaian values". Each tribe has it's own values.
Conclusion: The bill is motivated by personal interest and sponsored by "invisible hands" (American evangelical organizations also known as christian missionaries). They have spent over $50 million on pushing governments in Africa to change anti lgbt laws and make them tougher. At the same time, they are programming your people into believing that white is better, white is good, buy encouraging them to worship images of white Jesus. It's all psychological. It's all designed for long term mind control. But you are blinded by emotions. I don't expect you to be able to see outside of that.

I would suggest that you instead read the Ghana constitution so you know your rights. Whenever politicians start making new laws that are contrary to the Constitution, you should be afraid. That same law would be used against you in other areas. You have no clue what this bill even is. All you know is LGBT. You have no clue about the English language they used in the bill. Don't be a follow, follow person. By the way, I'm not in support of LGBT behavior. I'm against bad laws!!!

@@YouStillNeedToSleep You are a fool!!! Just because majority of Ghanaians supports this bill doesn't make it a good bill. Many years ago majority of Americans supported slavery and if they were to make a law majority would have supported it. It still wouldn't make it a good law. There are language in this bill that can easily be used to discriminate against people that are not guy or in support of LGBT. Use your head!!! Critical thinking requires you to have a creative mind, to be a conventional person, and to be realistic. It's clear you have none or else you won't cut and paste somebody else's article for me to read lol. A lots of us are not in support of LGBT, we just hate stupid laws. The number one disease destroying this country Ghana is tribalism and nepotism. Why is Sam George and his cronies is parliament are not addressing that issues? Most of the laws in Ghana is not being obeyed anyway. A simple pedestrian crossing and Ghanaians, including law makes don't even obey it. This is a waste of tax payers money.

@YouStillNeedToSleep nobody will copy and paste anything massa. I frequent the states very often (few other countries but not as often as the states) and I also was born and raised in the lower middle class areas of Tema. No one needs to tell us that the most of the lgbt+ communities have unaddressed psychological challenges and in our Ghanaian communities a lot of people get into this as an escape of poverty. I honestly do not have much time to question a lot of the points you've raised but the fact remains that majority of Ghanaians are not in support of the LGBT community and it's promotion as a norm in our society. And whether Christianity and Islam are not part of the African culture, you failed to mention our ATRs and the influence and power religious organizations have in our society. Just like in the states where gun lobbyists yield influence and have led to the proliferation of guns in the name of 2nd Ammendment rights so do our religious bodies. You cannot take away their influence in devt as well as the influence of traditional leaders and extended families in younger ones. So when he says our Ghanaian values these are part and influential factors and therefore their support of the bill matters. When Ghana is very developed and has working systems where citizens can solely rely on parents, gov't or state systems then the influence of these organizations will diminish. Also, what's wrong if my MP is sponsored by an evangelical organization. Are the pride communities not always sponsored by big corporate org's? The question you should ask youself is if the bill is well detailed as a replacement of the current law of unnatural carnal knowledge. Laws can be amended anytime as the society grows to adjust to the growth of the society. And pls the fact that people are in support of this bill doesn't mean we are not intelligent as you mention in your comment that intelligent people will relate to your comment. Infact one of the main reasons why the support for the Lgbt+ community is wanning is for some of these reasons. Not every liberal or moderate has to be in support of the community. There are many equally intelligent people who look at the experimental studies the community is subjecting young and old people through which is beneficial to mega pharmas and asking themselves if enough is being done to protect young children. Majority of Ghanaians are in support of the bill; respect that pls 🙏🏿

He is using legal dyste to force gay people into his therapy programme to get wealthy. He talked about his thera at the early stages. He bribed chiefs to suport him. He gets funded through bitcoin and other forms so that Ghanaians cant trace his sources of funds. He is under FBI surveillance too! He was stopped at an international airport on suspicion of money laundering. Powerful business owners in Washington, U.S.A fo what Sam is doing all the time. They push for laws that wil give them advantage. Many prisons are owned by private business corporations who get paid by the U.S. government to house their prisoners. The prison system in America is business!!! As for you Ghanaians you are just babies. Sam George is just fooling you!

It’s already illegal in Ghana and Ghanaians culturally won’t accept it.
This is entirely to gain political attention and pave the way for a future presidency.
      Don’t be fooled.

I’m not even surprised that some people in Ghana actually support homosexuality and American homosexual policy. Just like it happened in the colonial times, there were people who supported the Europeans ( particularly the British) and signed the bond of 1844 paving the way for Ghana to be colonized for over hundred years.

COPY AND SHARE THESE POINTS, IF YOU ARE AN INTELLIGENT PERSON. (Pardon the typing errors)
      Good Day!
