I did the aptitude tests at the start of this summer, I passed in all sections apart from the FAST test where I received a mark of 14/20, the pass mark was 12/20 but unfortunately I had to get at least 3/5 in all four subcategories. In one of them I got 2/5 which is frustrating. I did meet the requirements for their integrated ATPL, but I declined. I have the resits for easyJet in January so I’ve got some practice to do!

Buy the Symbiotics practice package, that allows you to practice, although the FAST scenario does not change as you attempt it multiple times.

Best advice is to become a member of those aviation organizations. Most scholarships are offered through them.

No it’s not funded by easyJet but if you go through the program successfully, you are guaranteed a job.
