We use turbo and intensive most often. I don't think it impacts much on the bill. As far as the cleaning plz buy good quality detergent. Don't go for cheap product. Also refill salt without fail. Having whole house water softener is even better.

Resume cycle Info from a user in one of the eCommerce sites : - There is a common confusion in users that if current goes off during the operation of machine, the full cycle to be repeated again. Lot of You tube videos also say the same. But this is completely wrong. The Fact is that total wash cycle is divided in sub cycles of time so when current goes off this machine resumes from the time of start of last sub cycle. Example: Total Cycle time: 3 Hours Completed time: 2.15 Hours when current goes off Remaining time: 45 Min say last sub cycle started after completing 1.45 Hours Machine will resume from this point means it will further run for 1.15 Hours and not 3 Hours again. So don't get confused from you tube videos.
Simple answer - It doesn't start from the beginning nor it resumes exactly where it left. It has its own internal sub cycle timing from where it starts.
Ur explanation on Express mode is wrong bro. Check again. It is an quick wash without drying in 38mins with drying option it is 1.20 mins. Am using this everyday for my wash.
I have not used the express mode personally. But my explanation was based on the user manual. And here is how it is mentioned in the manual. "Detergent tablets are not recommended for use of Express cycle. If the detergent tablets are used, it may cause detergent residue on dishes due to the relatively low rinse temperatures."

After seeing ur video I rechecked in LG TH-cam channel also then only I messaged you. Don't know which is right. But my is good.(Note: I will pre wash the milk and tea vessels alone).
