Listening to this marvelous performance I couldn't help remember that in 1965 President Johnson invited me to become a member of an expeditionary force that he wanted to send to Vietnam to kill people I had never met. Luckily my life took another route but I am still angered by the insanity of that war. Here is a beautiful Vietnamese lady who gives the world so much pleasure. Make music, not war. Put away your guns and pick up a guitar.

I enjoy your interpretation 3 or 4 times every day since I discovered it two months ago. The best version among the 10 or 15 I have heard. It gives me a deep, profound plesure. You have a lot of wonderful performances in youtube but this is, by far, my favourite. Nothing like Bach's music interpreted with such delicacy and character simoultaneously...Thank you very mach from Barcelona, Spain...
The phrasing is very fluid and the piece flows through emotively. A solid performance and one I keep referring to when trying to learn this piece. Thank you!

Many guitarists of today have superb technique. But Thu Le has a phrasing and touch I do not hear among others. Thu Le may be the greatest guitarist currently.
