Dope man. I coded my F10 too. Loving it man. If you want the video to be in full screen instead of the black bars on the side, use Handbrake on Mac and setting video to resolution to 474 dimension.

@@shane-yr5wx It should be the same. If you uses an Apple MacBook, there's a program call Handbrake for video conversion. I use to convert a 720p video into 474p aspect ratio and it fits perfectly full screen.

Loso311 it’s pretty easy. Download “BimmerCode” in the App Store ( iPhone or Android ). It costs around $32. Then the wireless obd connector I got from amazon for $30

I wouldn’t recommend to Code the angle eyes on 100% they will lose the power way faster and will not be so bright in the future

No. If your car didn’t come with that option then you can’t code it
I coded mine BMW 535i for convenient power folding mirrors when locking vehicle and also activated power folding mirrors 1 of 2 and 2 of 2, however mine still does not work after coded. Any suggestions??
So I got it to work but it only works when using tap on door locking. However, when I lock with key fob, the mirrors does not fold in…is there anything I’m doing wrong?
That automatic mirrors folding is just what i was looking. Actually i just asked that from some BMW youtuber in the previous video i watched..THANK YOU!!
But i have to say, that coded video playing feature, that's useless...to be straight, that's dangerous. You say it's not disruption but i disagree, it's totally disruption, it's 100% sure that if play some videos when you're driving, you ARE gonna watch those videos also as a driver, and that takes your attention out of what is the most important, driving!! No offense, that's just my honest opinion.

Question - if the mirrors fold when the doors are locked will they fold if the doors are coded to lock after start (while driving). I think the answer is the won’t, but what do I know.

Of course, they’ll burn out faster. Expensive to replace.
I agree most likely they'll burn out 4x faster since he set them to 100% and from factory they come at 25%.

stage 1 I had about 60k miles when I did it. car pulls strong and I love it!

just flashed Bootmod3 stage 1 93 octane tune on my N55 M235i and it yeeeeeeeeaaaaaah buddy! It definitely woke 'er up and it doesn't seem to have affected the car negatively at all-MPG is about the same and Comfort and Eco Pro modes are still plenty mellow for normal driving (I mainly use Eco Pro when it's slippery to avoid wheel spin...RWD + a bunch of power-especially now!-can make for sketchy winter driving but the car really isn't bad in the snow as long as I have the winter tires on)

Why are the angle lights coded to 25%?
I have the same 535i f10 and it doesn’t burble. Is this because I absolutely NEED a tune? It rarely burbles, I know someone with a v4 2016 accord that can burble and sounds louder than my twin turbo v6
Right now as a stock 535 if you put it in sports mode it should make a little pop noise. Nothing series though. But if you want the full burble experience then you do need a tune

Another necessity i think is the turn signal indicators in the HUD. It's so helpful especially with loud music lmao.

You can do either or tbh. But if you’re going to code a lot of things and don’t leave the car running then I would recommend putting your cars battery on a charger that way it wont die while coding

Go to the comfort access and make sure you have it turned on
@@chrisslife3639 I do not see comfort access anywhere. Except in quick reference, in that section only writte information is available like what comfrort access is or what does it do.

Can I also code my car to start the car without AC turning on automatically? I hate that feature..my AC is not working at the moment. 67k miles and it's not blowing air properly . I'll get that fix in a few days. I'm also going to check out this rough idle after cold start settles when it's sitting still. It makes the engine feel like it's going to cut off. It goes away though. I've been following the recommended steps. I've used Chevron fuel injection cleaner to clean up the carbon build up but it didn't help it. My fuel economy did increase a bit though.
Gil Baltazar I have a 2013 535i and when my ac wasn’t blowing cold air I took it to a regular mechanic shop and they added the freon and they checked for leaks. Only cost me 99$ and my ac been good since
@@MRCM311 thanks, hopefully that's all to it. It has been blowing cold air I just don't see why it would stop blowing at full blow mode. It reminds me of my wife. Lol

hey chris. I coded with engine on by mistake but all codes seemed fine? Is there a risk of coding with engine on vs ignition?
I’ve coded my car with the engine running multiple times. Nothing’s gone bad to this day although with certain things the car does turn off but that’s normal

Press and hold the lock button to do it
Make sure in Bimmercode you turn the feature on in both the Comfort Access Menu and the Footwell Module settings.

Everything was good with the car. Even with pushing it hard with the stage 1 tune. The only probably I had was a cracked rim. But that was because of the New York pot holes lol. It was super reliable though

The F10 535s are actually reliable cars. The only annoying problem you will get when approaching 70k miles is the Oil filter gasket/valve cover gaskets. If you have warranty that covers it, then you are all set, otherwise its labor intensive and costly replacing those parts
I simply bought my BimmerCode to 1. Turn off the stupid welcome/warning screen on the head unit and, 2. shut off the automatic headlight wash with windshield wiper irrigating. Just wasting wiper fluid in Florida weather.

Something else,.. when i change drivemodes on my 2019 440!, the dig display doesnt changes like you see others bmw's. Like the sport mode, eco mode. Is it possible to adapt too?

It was turned off in the settings and after asking the dealer(bmw in fricking Germany) about it he sayed that not all car had it installed
Most of these features doesn't work on older BMWs E90s etc.
First rule of TH-cam "How To" videos: if you don't know, don't make shit up.
Why you can "code" this or that parameter has VERY little to do with the "country" you find yourself in (country specific settings are plugged in long before your car leaves the factory--most likely

I’d hardly call putting a tiny digital speedometer right below the big regular speedometer “essential”. Let’s not sit here and pretend it’s hard or takes longer to read the needle than it would looking down at the tiny number. If anything that feature seems like it’s just in the way of what could be more information such as trip mileage.
